I have no dislikes about Liscio. Its great!

Keeping information from being lost, allowing us to create tasks to give to clients and set them as recurring or with a deadline for it to be answered. Send a client a quick message about missing receipts and invoices or maybe quick information to clean up a transaction or issue within the account.

All actions are simple and stored in the cloud, allowing the entire team to access them from anywhere. Liscio includes : workflow planning and automation components, email templates, and customer information in one place.

Creating lists and sequences is intuitive and straightforward; I can control and customize the work for myself or others. I use a link to my mailbox and keep track of everything. I can assign a task once the email is sent because it is logged and tracked. Liscio lets you connect to multiple programs and easily export and import lists and data, saving you time and effort.

Only a little; the simplicity, ease of use, and unique capabilities that come with Liscio allow you to run your business in style.

It's incredible to see our team's performance improve with Liscio, which has given us many advantages in one place.

I use it with my accountant and find it very intuitive. He sends me reminders on LIscio and then I can easily upload necessary documents in a secure manner.

Sometimes I feel like I'm getting too. many reminders but there is probably a setting to deal with that, I just haven't found it. It would be nice if that were in an obvious spot.

It helps me (solo attorney) communicate with my accountant and upload docs securely.

Liscio personnel are so helpful and informative! They are continuously working on their product and paving the way for future integrations with things we use regularly.

Liscio has a great task management feature. It automatically reminds clients to complete outstanding tasks once a week so I don't have to ask for items and documents I need as much. I also am grateful for the extra layer of security and peace of mind. The Liscio team is constantly making upgrades and listening to client feedback.

It is difficult to get our clients who are less tech-savvy to use the program, not because it isn't user-friendly. Instead, they are accustomed to using email. Also, we have not started using Liscio in place of email because we haven't figured out how to get all of our clients on board.

I spend less time requesting documents from clients and less time following up to make sure I receive them.

Liscio is the best software for our client-facing and team collaborating communications needs.

It is easy to use, which is very important because our clients would otherwise not accept and use the software. The fully searchable document storage is a time saver and keeps us organized. Tasks and e-docs help us to stay on track. Adobe Sign is a built-in feature for documents we need to be signed in real-time.

All the clients are allocated one account wherein we can find everything in one place such as contact details, files and messages. It can be accessed by all the team members at once.

What I like the most is the feature of sending notifications by text. It helps in getting responses faster. We can also draft standard emails to be sent to clients and it picks the contact details automatically which reduces the chances of sending emails to the wrong recipients. It is a secure platform to share confidential documents.

Overall, I like the product and couldn't think of anything I dislike

The only complaint is that it can take time to find message containing an attached file in a long message chain

The things I dislike are things that I believe Liscio is working on as additional benefits. For example: Taking a task that is assigned to a client and being able to convert it into a "To Do" tasks for myself or an employee.

COMMUNICATION! This is key is any good business. I have decreased the amount of time I spend following-up on items needed as well as provide a place for my clients to "blow me up with messages" while keeping my email organized and separate from client needs.
