Robust CRM for real estate agents, it has advanced lead follow-up options and an easy to use graphic interface. I route my leads from ZipTitan, Zillow, CertiLeads and Realtor.com with no issues at all.

This is a great tool, I use it to nurture the leads I get from ZipTitan, Zillow and Realtor dot com. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM. Their support team answers promptly.

They are the best CRM I've used for my real estate business. They integrate in and out with most lead providers, I use ZipTitan, Zillow and CINC and was able to unify all my leads into a single CRM thanks to Liondesk.

New user! Loving it so far!

PROS: I love that it has a support available online. The package also comes with webinars to learn more about the software.

CONS: I'm still learning how to use it and I'm still confused about lead generation.

Affordable and cost-effective!

PROS: I love this app because of how simple yet effective it is. It also allows users to buy a phone line.

CONS: It doesn't allow selection of certain contacts on a page. It always has to be "select all."

Tons of features for the busy realtor at a fantastic price.

What do you dislike about LionDesk?

Transitioning from the older product v.1 took way longer than I would have liked. Still need to include some older features in the newer product

Completely automates my business and helps me nurture my contacts.

Simple lead generation

PROS: Sending messages to all our contacts at once is now possible with LionDesk! It's also super affordable.

What do you like best about LionDesk?

I like the simplicity of the layout. I loooove that you can buy a phone line for scaling your business.

What do you dislike about LionDesk?

I dislike that I can't select the contacts on a page instead of using the ALL selection. I hope that in the future you could integrate an RVM feature.

What problems is LionDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The text drip campaigns & email drip campaigns make my life easier. Also, the mailings/marketing option are amazing. I love using this CRM.

What do you like best about LionDesk?

Stores all my contacts & I am able to text or send messages to multiple people at one time. Lower fees than most crm's we looked into.

What do you dislike about LionDesk?

I don't have it down quite yet. There's 3 of us on our team and I am the last to learn. I have a lot to learn... Some of it seems complicated.

What problems is LionDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Messaging for info & keeping up with leads all at once. Can't do that from your phone... Would take forever. This makes it simple & less time consuming
