Linnworks is a popular ERP/WMS solution praised for its robust functionality and integration with multiple marketplaces, particularly Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Users highlight its ability to streamline order management, improve inventory accuracy, and automate processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. While onboarding can be expensive, most users find the platform user-friendly once set up. However, some users report issues with slow response times, limited reporting options, and a lack of point-of-sale integration. While Linnworks is generally considered a reliable solution, some users expressed concerns about pricing increases and the need for third-party applications for certain integrations.

Our main reason for wanting Linnworks was to improve the speed and accuracy of our order fulfilment. It has more than exceeded our expectations here and is easy to use on a daily basis. The set up was easy and there has been plenty of opportunity for us to ask questions. We have been pleasantly surprised with being able to use Linnworks to send products to Amazon FBA fulfilment centres and the integration of everything to Linnworks was seamless.
We have not yet managed to find a downside with Linnworks. There have been a couple of tricky problems that we have had to overcome, but that is more down to the wide range or products that we sell and learning how best to intagrate the awkward things with Linnworks.
Linnworks helps us to better manage our overall stock levels when we're selling a range of different items on different platforms. not only has it made keeping track of stock easier, but we now only have to use Linnworks to complete all of our orders, whether they're directly with us through our website, or through the likes of Amazon and Ebay. Using Linnworks to help with fulfilment has also helped us cut down on the waste produced from printing orders and labels separately, and we have now integrated the label onto the invoice, meaning zero waste.
Onboarding was excellent.
Comms are organised and fast, so far so good!
Knowledgeable staff.
Great software, easy to use and always improving.
Competitive pricing.
We now could not do without it!
So far nothing, obvioulsy there are limitations (nothing is perfect), but these were known and the workarounds are still far better than our previous system.
order management and multi channel retail
Wish we had found Linnworks so much sooner, so dedicated to providing support and new opportunities for businesses. Haven't yet had time to take advantage of everything has to offer but will be doing asap. So easy to get help and support above and beyond what we have been familiar with. So reasonably priced too. Love Linnworks!
Its hard to step for first time but when you setup then it is very easy to use.
Onboarding is little bit expensive
I've jumped from solution to solution for years and linnworks is the first one where it's actually delivered what it's promised.
Lack of POS. This is one one obvious for the linnworks team to address.
Stock taking is a bit of a nightmare to
Multi channel intergration and stock control
We've only been live for 2 weeks so far but the onboarding has been excellent.
The only issue I've had so far is not being able to disclude items from stock forecasting.
Quicker dispatch, access to marketplaces we've not sold on before.
The integrations accross multiple carriers and stores allows for seemless access to everything you need.
Lacking in some stock and rules based features.
It is allowing us to have a central hub instead of being spread across multiple different processes and apps.
Like the way I can see what stock I have and what is due in. Also like the way I can create purchase orders using my current stock levels
Not being able to change the price for my listings
Allowing our staff more time to achieve other goals. No more checking stock or answering messages about over orders
Reliable invetory managment middleware for small multi-channel retailers. Easy intergration of channels and couriers. Support documentation is generally good enough the non-IT staff to set up and manage integrations with technical expertise. Real-time chat support is generally very good, but support tickets can get lost in the system.
Some what opaque pricing. Really not sure that the prcing for FBA orders represents good value for money.
LW brings all our orders into one place and ensures that inventory levels are correct across all our sales channels and our dropship customers are able to upload their orders directly via drobox and scheduled uploads. Business rules ensure the correct couriers and services are used for shipping and that digital customs data is included with all overseas shipments.
I enjoy the real-time inventory tracking as well as being able to process sales orders all in one.
The dashboard functionality could use some re-innovating. I want to pull reports on specific aspects which I cannot. For example, I would like to pull information on how many units we sold in December 2022, not how many sales. I would also like to see how many units were sold across our various sales channels.
Tracking our inventory and capturing how many sales we receive is a game changer for us.

Flexibility of channel linking with marketplace listings
Lack of point of sale integration within the software
It enables us to effortlessly handle a high volume of daily orders, around 5000, smoothly employing diverse barcodes for various products. The robust rules engine facilitates efficient order management across 12 different Amazon locales and every country globally. Additionally, the flexibility in channel linking of SKUs to marketplaces avoids rigid values, allowing for easy adjustments. The automation of feeds, both into and out of Linnworks through FTP, ensures reliable backup data, adding to the overall flexibility and efficiency of our operations.
