I like that it has a friend interface and the platform works pretty good

I work for an online high school, so sometimes we need to contact parents for certain things that need their urgent attention, so we call them using Linkus

The feature of LinkUS that impressed me the most is its secure communication through calls and messages. It has an easy-to-use work interface and is set up smoothly.

I have no dislike as of now. Using it, we can chat individually or with the group at a time.

LinkUs mainly helps us solve the issue of instant messaging and file sharing with the team, customers, and clients. It reduces our airtime charges and improves our customer experience. It leads to simplifying our process and sales.

It has all the required features like voice, video, messaging, and file sharing making easy collaboration with clients. It has user friendly interface which makes easier to use for less technology aware clients. And it is cost effective too compared to other alternatives.

The only thing it lacks is it does not have a built-in CRM system or project management tool which could have been a great addon. Other than that everything is good.

It helps our company by Improve communication and collaboration between employees and clients ,increasing sales and improve customer service and effectively reducing communication costs.

All the agents are listed with the availability status, which makes transferring calls much more manageable. LinkUs has excellent communication lines and keeps a good record of call logs

LinkUs does not provide a broad reporting and voicemail storage for clients which makes it difficult for an agent to manage incoming calls

Using one line for the organization ensures that our clients have access to high-quality and hands-on support from our agents. We benefit by the usage of less data and airtime charges

These are the good things about LinkUS:

1. LinkUS by Yeaster technologies provides good capabilities for data export and import

2.LinkUS provides wonderful support for phone

3. It provides readymade and custom reports features

These are the drawbacks for LinkUS:

1. It has not been enough security precautions related to compliance. Our data is at risk.

2. As it is not a full-proof secure software so integration with other systems is also not secure.

I was able to communicate with my peers easily when I was outside of my office. I was able to export and import my important data whenever I needed it.
