How well it tracked. When we had issued, bots, etc. they worked on it with us to fix it quickly. Easy to use. Straight forward.

They were mountain time and we are in Jerusalem, Israel, so no support on weekends and their hours were a challenge. But when they were back online, they were on it.

We needed a way for every person to have a unique login, grab links with unique tracking, and easily share them.

McKay DeGering is pretty dynamic. His customer service is refreshing. I always receive quick responses from him. I value this because I operate a pretty fast pace start-up and those quick responses can often impact operations.

I could use more training. My last campaign didn't go smooth and even with tech support, I don't feel like we solved the problem.

LinkTrust offers many features and options. The system is not extremely hard to navigate, but it does require attention to deal as well as someone who is comfortable managing systems.

I think Linktrust affiliate program can be updated. I've made suggestions regarding adding social media handles as a referral source. Regarding Benefits, Linktrust gives my organization the ability to manage national affiliate campaigns. It streamlines the process.

The software was easy enough to use and implement, particularly if your team is not full of engineers. Their team is willing to help get new customers onboarded and up and running.

The lack of flexibility in their plans and contract structure. When we started with Linktrust, we were not sure about our level of using affiliates. As it turns out after experimenting with the software we made a decision not to pursue this avenue. At the time Linktrust only provided year long contracts, which did not work for us specifially.

I do wish there was a way to combine with other software like them that I am also using to compare which is more successful.
