We are very satisfied with the app and would be happy to recommend it to others.
With LineUpr, we were able to quickly and easily create apps for a wide variety of events: cultural events, trade fairs, business events.
Through the app, we were able to provide our visitors with the complete program again as a digital version. So: All films, discussion events, exhibitions and other events with the exact location information. With the possibility of assigning an event to different categories, visitors to the app were also able to search specifically for events at a specific location or date, in a certain language, films from a particular country or even on a particular topic, since we have different thematic films Have assigned sections. It was also great to highlight certain favorites so that the visitors could use the app to create their own personal festival program.
In general we had a really good experience with LineUpr. It would be great if it would be possible to create the option of filtering several criteria at the same time. Searching for example for all screenings in a specific place, or in seeing all events in arabic on a specific date. Until now it is not possible to have different layers of criterias, this would be our only criticism.
Just try it! Just try! It's a lot easier than you think to design a professional app for your event
In general I would definitly recommend LineUpr! For us, the app was a great addition to our print media and the fact that we could use this App LineUpr, effort and benefits were in a really good relationship. So I would definitely use LineUpr again and again!
Sie ist leicht auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse / für die eigene Veranstaltung anzupassen und es werden keine Programmierungskenntnisse benötigt. Dadurch das es eine Web-App ist, muss auch nicht extra etwas im App-Store runtergeladen werden und somit ist die App schnell für jeden Teilnehmer verfügbar. Besonders die Möglichkeit der Live-Posts und die Chance direkt Feedback von den Teilnehmern einzuholen hat uns begeistert. Zudem lässt sich das eingeholte Feedback gleich ausgewertet abrufen und kann direkt für Präsentationen verwendet werden.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit aber vielleicht die Möglichkeit unseren Messeplan im "full screen" zu betrachen. Aber auch so ging das wunderbar.
Digitalisierung unserer Messe einfach umgesetzt, Vermeidung von vielen Fragen der Teilnehmen, da diese alle durch die App geklärt werden konnten. Wunderbare Visualisierung ...
The app is easy to set up and intuitive to use; content can be loaded via Excel spreadsheet, which is a huge time saver. The feature to post announcements makes conveying reminders and program changes easy and efficient. I received many compliments on the app from our conference attendees.
We had several sponsors who created ad artwork to promote specific educational programs but the app didn't provide a place for us to upload the artwork, only company logos.
Lineupr is far superior to other, more expensive conference apps. It is web-based, so your attendees do not have to download anything or create yet another login for an app they may use only once.
We wanted to go green and not print 500 copies of our 84 page conference program. Lineupr allowed us to go online with ease and without breaking our budget.
We loved that it was easily customized to reflect our branding. We also loved that we could make changes on the fly unlike when working with a traditional printer for event programs.
There wasn't anything that we really disliked, but maybe a way for attendees to print the schedule would be nice. Some of our attendees really like having a paper schedule. Everyone else had no problems with using a digital program.
It allowed us to both be greener and save a lot of money. Working with a non-profit organization of all volunteers and being able to save money and provide a better experience for our conference attendees was wonderful.

peple are not able to see the Programme without using their Smartphone. If you receive the Event URL by mail you should be able to see the Programme in ist full Version on your monitor.

Due to this motto a paperless and digital Programme had been a meaningful message.
Easy to use, very flexible, intuitively obvious. More capabilities than I had hoped for. Loved the near-complete control over content positioning, appearance and internal linking. Great ability to change labeling and even use of menu items to be fully customized for our needs. Clear, crisp graphic rendition. Loads fast.
Just a few tweaks...I'd like to be able to turn off the star ratings (I created session=specific surveys that were much more insightful; and I would like to simply select a survey for placement in session information (vs workaround to get the link).
Take advantage of the tremendous, timely support! If there's something you can't figure out how to do, I'd bet it can be done!

We already worked with LineUpr for previous events and are also using it for this year's HR Bar Camp with 150 participants. It's a quick and easy tool to communicate session schedules and provide attendants with everything they need to know regarding the event. Definitely a valuable asset to anyone planning an event or conference.
It's highly adaptable to our needs, set-up incredibly fast and you can easily incorporate company branding.

LineUpr provides an easy interface to communicate event details to attendants from an organizer's point of view.
Lineupr is a very clear tool to provide participants of a conference with an "app" that informs them about all relevant information. We had an international conference with about 300 participants from 40 nations. After a very short time you could see that the mobile phones were being pulled out everywhere.
Setting up the "App": The creation of participants and events is quick and easy. Programming knowledge is not necessary. The total setup time was about two hours, but depends of course on the preliminary work. I was able to take and transfer existing lists.
In my opinion and based on the feedback from the participants, the app is almost perfect. However, a few ideas would improve the usability even further:
- It would be very good if the underlying website could also be accessed via a PC in the same way. In fact, not all people still have a smartphone. It would then also be possible to compile your favorites list on the big screen at home.
- It would be very good if events could be searched not only by category, but also by keyword.
Check the software and the examples that are given on the website.
Conference programm organisation. The participants of our conference were able to seach for presentations they like and would like to attend. Nearly everybody used it. Changes in the programme could be done easily. That was the biggest benefit.

Bei 1 von 10 Android-Handys war das Hinzufügen "der App" auf den Homebildschirm nicht möglich. Grund leider unbekannt, kann aber auch am Handy liegen :)
