What do you like best about LimeChat?

A proactive POC, Kshitij Seth has helped us with appropriate solutions and timely implementation of tasks. He also puts effort into making sure our issues are resolved satisfactorily.

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

For WhatsApp broadcasting, we have been facing issues. I would highly recommend moving away from CSV uploading of users to a better, more straightforward method to add user data. There are high failure rates while sending WhatsApp messages. Also, we can have a better communication platform with the POC, such as Google chat or a Whatsapp group, for a quicker turnaround.

Helps reduce the burden of our customer care communication with automated WhatsApp messaging.
