Engaging Content & Activities, Excellent Customer Service, Customizable Platform, Focus on Holistic Well-being
Mobile App Functionality Issues, Limited Data Utilization Capabilities, Complex Administrative Features, Lack of Advanced Features (Nutrition/Fitness Trackers)
Based on user reviews, Limeade One excels in employee engagement and well-being, offering various features for employee recognition, surveys, feedback, and wellness programs. It is praised for its user-friendly interface, ease of customization, and effective analytics capabilities. However, some users have expressed concerns about the platform's occasional slowness, limited integrations with other tools, and a learning curve associated with utilizing its full range of features.

The platform itself is very user friendly and very flexible. I like that we are able to customize challenges and activities that fit our company. The Account Team is amazing! They are always pushing us to think outside of the box but also understand our culture and our team. Our SAE is amazing and we consider her an extension of our team!
I wish that the smart notifications and emails were more customizable. I don't feel they fit the look and feel of our program. Also, I wish the communications tool kit had more content and design options. I love that tool but don't use it as often as I want to because I don't want our pieces to become stale.

Prior to Limeade, we had a hard time growing our wellbeing program. Our employees were doing the activities just to earn the monetary reward. Now I feel like our employees are really invested in bettering themselves and I believe Limeade and the product really played a big part in that change!
Limeade allows our employees to find ways to support their well-being wherever they are on their own journey. Employees choose what is meaningful to them and are therefore more inclined to stay engaged. Limeade also supports employee business/resource groups, D E & I and other internal groups or organizations, which further enhances the employee experience.
I honestly do not see any downsides to any employer using Limeade. The engagement strategy may be challenging for companies whose employees are not utilizing a computer or smartphone for the purposes of employment, but not unsurmountable.
Ensure the person who is the primary administrator is provided the time and means to give the platform his/her/their full support.
In less than one week we realized a 27% enrollment with a 4.8 (on a scale of 5) satisfaction rate - obviously, employees like what they see. Our goal is to provide a platform where employees can find purposeful content, engage in activities and challenges, and feel supported in all aspects of their well-being.
I like how Limeade is more than traditional employee wellness - it encompasses total well-being through the scientifically supported pillars. No matter what an employee wants to focus on, there is a solution and program to support them.
There are so many functions/capabilities - it will take time to get other departments on board with use.
Limeade ONE is a total employee engagement platform. Far beyond wellness, this will support communication, connectivity, and culture change.
Employee engagement through a variety of programs and tools. We share video updates from our leadership, surveys from the company, and live events through the platform with points attached to improve participation and awareness.
I was very surprised how quickly our workforce started engaging with the Limeade ONE product, particularly the social post aspect. Without prompts, employees started interacting with one another, sharing their stories, creating teams for challenges and encouraging one another through friendly competition. It has really shifted our culture to one of health and support and helped to connect our remote workforce. Highly recommended! Additionally, Limeade is very flexible allowing our company to edit language in activities to fit our company values.
The desktop version of Limeade ONE has more features then the app does at this time.
Consider the value of a happy, engaged workforce when weighing ROI.
Limeade helps our company engage and connect our remote workforce.
We appreciate the digital interface and enhanced data analytics and communication enhancements. I also appreciate their prompt customer service and their willingness to adapt to customer wants and needs.
Currently they are working to implement and transition all of their customers to their upgraded LimeadeOne platform, which is a significant change management process. As a result, there are different experiences between the web based portal and their digital experience.
We look to provide excellent tools and resources to our team so that they can be at their best. The Limeade ONE platform will allow people to connect, get vital information and earn rewards from the palm of their hand!
The best thing is the support I receive from the Limeade team whenever I have questions or issues.
There is nothing to dislike, we are working to increase engagement.
We are fairly new to Limeade and do not quite have enough YOY data to compare.
The up-to-date, relevant activities available to us, as well as the helpful communication and sharing of ideas offered.
The only down side is trying to get our hourly employees engaged in the platform.
Again, trying to reach our hourly population with involvement and communication on the platform. Benefits are being able to quickly customize content as needed for our business.

My favorite part is the passion that the Limeade employees have for their product, their customers, and genuinely wanting to better the wellbeing of everybody involved.
I do not like that it has to be implemented in the middle of a program year. I think it would be the easiest for our population if we did not have to be sending out additional communication and they could just log in after reset and see the updated platform.
My advice would be to take advantage of all of the great perks that Limeade ONE has to offer to be able to make a huge difference in your organization.
I look forward to using this platform as a form of communication with the employees to hear feedback about what they want to see in our site, and what would be the most helpful to them

I work remotely for a gigantic, global company. We have employees all over the world, and in a million different departments. It's really easy to forget that, and just how diverse we are during the day-to-day grind. Limeade makes it easy though to connect with others in different departments, and even different countries. My company does a good job of keeping the content relevant and current and they do it in a fun, informal way which I think encourages participation. I also like that Limeade allows the company to customize what they actually call it (at least I think they do) because we don't actually call it Limeade, we call it The Pulse. The Pulse was like a "newsletter" that we could access on our company's intranet - but they've transitioned all of that over to the Limeade app, with the same logo and everything.
Limeade is set up in that there can be different "groups". You have your general company news/posts/contests, and then there is "local" - which is your specific group/department. My dislike is more of a gripe to my company, because my specific group hasn't quite figured out how to harness Limeade in a way that is fun and engaging for our specific department. I LOVE interacting with the general posts, but our department is not consistent in keeping our local "feed" relevant and fun. I think they are missing an awesome resource to increase engagement and bring our remote teams together!
Limeade makes it easy to connect with other people/departments in my company that I would never, ever get to meet/learn about otherwise. It's so easy to feel like we are just one of a million in the company, but if you have the right people generating good, engaging content, Limeade can create a sense of connection and belonging that is lacking in most WFH environments.
