I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Ligna! The platform is amazing! It is not just one tool; it's a complete sales and marketing platform with everything you need to close clients, manage content, projects, and track every detail of the process!

He genuinely cares about user feedback and is always looking for ways to enhance the platform while managing customer inquiries through various channels.

While there’s always room for improvement, such as expanding customer support options, the ongoing updates and enhancements show that the team is committed to making Ligna even better.

It’s important to remember that the software is developed and maintained by a small team.

The platform is powerful and requires a learning curve, and you need to be willing to dedicate time and get your hands dirty as it is in constant development.

Patience and understanding from users can go a long way as they work non-stop to improve their service.

(1) Workers - We can automatically scrape, process and manage outreach for leads from Google and upcoming facebook. I am excited we can cater to local businesses with this

(2) Website Import feature - We can import any website from wordpress and more. We can replicate the design for one or more clients with this feature.

Overall it is a all-in-one solution that can be used for CRM, lead generation, outreach, emails, text messages, affiliates management, landing pages and web design

This is a great piece of software to cover it all, from CRM to websites builder, passing through call center management, reputation management and Lead Generation with powerful automations. In addition, it is powered by a great community.

I haven't had a chance to dive into everything Ligna can accomplish. What I have seen and like is the portal is clean and easy to navigate. Also, the tech support has been very responsive. What I need to take the time to learn (not easy for non-web designers) is how to import a site or apply templates

When I saw the Ligna product launch several years ago I thought it was too good to be true to purchase a lifetime membership.

Since I purchased it I haven't implemented it into my business but I have followed the forums and developments with great interest.

Recently I have begun building my marketing agency with the app and I love it.

I can see how some early-adopters may have been frustrated as the app has had constant upgrades with a small but passionate team, but as of March 2024, Ligna is ready to fire and I recommend it.

Ligna is a powerful tool, and I truly love working with it, and I always find myself being impressed on a feature or a walkaround that I did not was there. The backend has a lot of interconnected functionality, but with power comes a steeper learning curve that most people will be willing to endure.
You can do a lot with Ligna, but be prepared to learn new skills to do so. Unfortunately documentation is not always there, but there are some solid videos that will get you through, and the community around it is very active and willing to help.
Support is probably the one areas that people get frustrated and where I would like to see improvements. Requests can be handled immediately, or sometimes take weeks or months to see some response. But the founder Jon always comes through, and makes sure to go above and beyond to address the support ticket.
In short Ligna has a very robust backend, and some pretty impressive features and functionality that you can do a lot with it. Currently building a couple platforms using the service, and I'm excited to see the new features ad training to go deeper into the system. I'm sticking with Ligna for the long run.
