Scheduling video calls during regular business hours with founders can be difficult at times / requires a time commitment, especially if a user also has a full-time job. However, the platform has constantly been innovating and started allowing users to provide feedback to founders by answering questions through their app using voice recordings (whenever the user can).

I feel that Lightser helps creators save their time and budget by connecting with their target market before an actual product launch.
