I have been using Lightspeed POS for my retail business and cannot speak highly enough about both the product and the support team. The system itself is an amazing solution for retailers—it’s easy to use, intuitive, and offers all the functionality you need to streamline operations. The training was thorough, and the team ensured we were fully equipped to make the most of all the features.

I also want to give a special mention to Jamie Cowie, who truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was entirely my own fault. Jamie was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. His level of professionalism and dedication is commendable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing support. Thank you, Jamie, for your exceptional service!

Great features and support
Lightspeed POS and payments is easy to use. Definitely one of the most user friendly products around. The price is very reasonable given the suite of features including barcode scanning, inventory management, real-time analytics.. just to name a few. The payments integration is fantastic as it streamlines the number of vendors required and cuts time and costs. Customer support is really good and setup is easy. Amazing product to help businesses grow and flourish with a technological solution.

Lightspeed is probably the best omnichannel platform. It is a one-stop shop for retailers and restaurateurs. Easy to use point of sale system and payments processing through their terminals is easy and convenient. Inventory management capabilities is unmatched.
