"very easy to use"

What do you like best about Lightico?

simple to use navigation of system is easy, helpful tips at the side of the system

nothing at the moment I am enjoying using this new product

Lightico takes away the reading of all the terms and conditions. The customer has to tick the boxes, and everything is completed

What do you like best about Lightico?

Lightico is super easy to use for both the person sending documents and for the one accessing them to sign. I can't think of one thing they could do to make this a better site.

What do you dislike about Lightico?

If I have to say one thing I don't like there will only be one and that is the size of the drivers license that comes through.

Recommendations to others considering Lightico:

Make it your own by tweaking the documents you are able to request.

What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?

LIghtico has made my job so much easier. I have been able to get documents from people that I have been trying via other means for months. It is so user friendly on both sides that very few people won't utilize it. Every once in a while I get a person that is hesitant to open the link even after I have spoken to them and verbally notified them that this text/email would be coming. I think that is just those people being overly cautious.

What do you like best about Lightico?

The most important factor in any application is ease of use, which Lightico blows out of the park.

What do you dislike about Lightico?

Need a way to directly talk to the customer who is signing.

Always use pre-plan. It allows you to fill documents out before you send the text out to the customer.

How slow it used to be to send documents for e-sign.

What do you like best about Lightico?

It is very fast and easy to set up and send to our clients.

Only thing I dislike is I would love a way to communicate with clients through the Lightico system.

Our clients are able to sign right away, so I have fewer issues gathering signed documents for our company.

What do you like best about Lightico?

How quick it is to send a link for the customer to have them upload their documents and being able to send to either their phone or email. The accessibility of it is great!

What do you dislike about Lightico?

Sometimes lightico can be glitching and my customers are either unable to submit the documents or i dont get a notification that the customer upload the documents.

What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?

being able to give the customer option to send over their documents so i may be able to complete their application and get them an approval faster and efficiently.

What do you like best about Lightico?

The ease of use and how fast and accurate the form process is.

What do you dislike about Lightico?

Sending the forms could be a little confusing. Inviting the guest to chat when it looks like you've already submitted the form. That can be confusing for new users.

Never Forget Your Login Information.

What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guest can now submit their authorization forms with ease instantly to complete their booking in their own time. It is convenient for customer service as well as for the guest.

I love the ease of signing contracts and how it works

The only thing I dislike is the fact we can not tab through the contract as the vendor
