Access to read/write RESTful API to easily configure inventory and display of recommendations. Tons of configuration options for ranking. Great developer documentation and responsive support.

Since I first started using LiftIgnighter, they've pivoted to professional services model as opposed to self serve. One of the things I loved about the platform initially was great documentation, it was a tool built for developers. They still have that functionality, I'm looking forward to LI further developing developer tools.

Quality, per-user content recommendations. The first goal of our integration was exposing evergreen content to our users without adding to the editorial workload to manually curate recommendations. We've accomplished that goal and are now exploring other ways to use LI.

We found that promoting content with lift igniter worked very well for related content. For example, if you were on an story about automobiles and we promote to you another story about automobiles suggested by lift igniters algorithm we got a significantly higher click thru than when we suggested with our own algorithm.

We still need to find out how to get you into non-related content you might be interested in.

It was a good experience working with the Lift Igniter team. All the way from project proposal to release.

We have 3 companies coming together with similar content. Rather than build recommendation logic into each software system we put that data into the cloud with Lift Igniter and use its services to server the most related story. This really scales and gives suggestions that have a higher likliehood of being clicked.
