The ease of setting up login/password and being able to retrieve police records - accident/incident reports for my state.

Some police/sheriff departments do not belong to the database. Also, the cost can be prohibitive.

Working in the legal field, I need to use it to obtain accident reports of the parties when working on a motor vehicle collision case or answering discovery about past accidents, etc. Being able to find the records quickly, is a benefit.

It has a good database of all the detailed information about politically exposed persons about their criminal records, bankrupty charges.

As it is a paid service. It should be free for a few of services.
