Having organised 3 conferences in the tool and having the next 2 conferences planned in Let's get digital, I find the platform exceptionally smart. Everything that could be an issue, has already been thought of or resolved.

The one thing that could be better is translation and subtitling in the tool for multilingual audiences. Really can't come up with anything else. I am a very happy customer.

Our goal is to engage as many people as possible into energy transition. The communities we serve are diverse and distributed around the globe. We needed a safe way to scale up our audiences to make more impact. This has worked out beautifully with LGD.

Multiple clients mentioned that they like the professional look and the clear interface of the platform. For us as organizers it was great working with this software and with Let's Get Digital. There are a lot of other virtual platforms but I always think they are too advanced/complicated to navigate through or the price is really high. We will definitely use LGD for our next online events as well.

Of course you always have to deal with visitors with bad internet connection or other problems. This is not due to anything not working from your side and most of the time can be fixed but still not nice for the attendee.

As an international organization, this was the only way to (e-)meet during the pandemic. The benefit is that people do not have to travel and can still do their daily job whilst listening to the online event.

Creating real online events to connect the team is a way that is beyond zoom calls. Our annual meetings for the sales team and whole team usually took place offline, before the current situation...

It was easy to switch between lobby and presentation room, the interface worked smoothly and felt natural, and during the whole event the software never interrupted.

In the beginning I had some trouble inviting individual guests, but luckily the support staff helped me through that, after which there were nog further obstacles.

We used LGD to host an interactive event. Throughout the whole event, the interactive experience was as smooth as could be. Although we held just one presentation at a time, it was clear that it would have been straightforward to have had multiple simultaneous sessions and that attendees could have easily switched between sessions if they wanted.

Online events are easier

Working in addiction care, we are always hurrying from one patient to another. My colleagues and I were not familiar with LGD but after logging in (in a hurry) it felt very natural. Everybody understood where to go and what to do, unlike previous experencies we've had with other parties.

I found the coloring of the application itself sometimes a bit too much. I would personally prefer a softer color.

The application feels very natural and does what it promises. I was surprised by the carrousel where I video talked to other attendees. That was new for me and better than I expected.

Working with a digital solution instead of in-person meetings saves travel time since we work in various cities. Especially when colleagues don't need to attend the entire day, but just one element, it is nice to be able to work for half a day and just log in for the part you are interested in.

LGD is a very user-friendly platform. As a participant, you feel right at home as soon as you enter the lobby, where a live host welcomes you. It is a breeze to find your way around from there.

Not so much, actually. We did not have any real issues.

We've been able to host two successful online events when offline was not an option because of covid. Also, we reached a larger audience than we used to with our earlier offline events.

This platform expanded our reach. We're able to connect our audience from Bali to Bonaire

It's a pretty intensive preparation period. Not only the fact that you must have a clear view of what you want to achieve, but also a lot of effort to coordinate, upload and check before going live. My advice: Hire a specialist or find someone with experience willing to take the role of "Platform content expert'.
