Leo247 is excellent for making sure you never forget a deadline. The transparency available to see what is complete and what isn't is straightforward. As opposed to using email calendars like Outlook, this is far more comprehensive and has a depth that couldn't be acheived with Outlook.

It may be too micromanaging for seasoned or tenured team members, but that can be adjusted based on user levels. Perhaps an integration with Sharepoint or Outlook would make it even better.

It solved making sure that everyone knew what was due and when. It also allowed us to see the status of tasks across a large geographic region in one place. This gave our supervisors more time to actually dig into problems, rather than look for them.

We use Leonardo for task management and it feels unnecessary for my job - not a fault of Leonardo in any way

This program is being used to task management for the opening and closing of our leasing office. We have not realized any benefits onsite, but our regional manager seems to benefit from us checking off our tasks.
