We have been working with Lemnisk for more than a year now and their products and services are exemplary. They are flexible and supportive with their customer support and go the extra mile when it comes to delivering services and campaigns.

Their reporting platform was very basic, but now that has been resolved with Tableau reports, Customer One VIew and a Customer Journey builder. Very big improvement in just 2 quarters.

The Personalization Engine and the responsiveness and the activeness of their employees.
Nothing. This is a great product. But I think they should focus more on the Customer Data Platform and getting that implemented across companies. Their main expertise is not being exploited here.

Reporting dashboard is a big area for improvement also the tool has to become more self serve rather then being dependent on the team for data to analyse things more
At Coverfox the biggest problem to solve was personalizing the user experience and having a dynamic journey with an omni channel creative approach that helps save on media cost and deliver great efficiency and better user experience. Other problem was to bridge the online to offline gap by mapping the user cookie to the CRM activities of the lead that will help improve quality of prospect and freeup call centre bandwidth that goes on non performing leads.
