It makes sending documents out to parents so much easier. We also get replies much faster and don't need to print anything out, which saves us money and is much better environmentally. Parents can complete the forms on their phones really easily, making it simpler for them too.
It took a while to set up the documents, but that was a one-off so will get easier over time.
It saves us a huge amount of time and means it is much easier to collate forms that we have to send out each term on behalf of the Local Authority.

I am a massive fan of the tool and I have rolled it out across a number of geographies. I find it easy to use, easy to explain and there is a great help section on line too. What I am very impressed with is the support team. They are responsive and always helpful and 99/100 they solve the issue there and then.
The dashboards for admin users could be a little better, or highlight where there as people waiting to sign, or in built SLA items
We use legalesigning to track some very business critical topics which require many signatures. before it was done by email, PDF and tracked on a spreadsheet which was truly terrible
First of all it's simple to get started, and then you can start using more features to make it even easier to use. It satisfies all our needs, and the support we receive from Legalesign is excellent, especially the proactive help from our Account Manager, Marco Chisari. Highly recommend.

So easy to use, a good user experience for the team and our signers. Our account manager has been extremely helpful and responsive. It has streamlined what was previously a inefficient process.
No negatives- anything that we have needed help with has been sorted asap.

obviously the entire concept of being able to sign documents electronically without the need for paper, a presence in a particular place or the joy of documents being couriered between parties where there is a time imperative!
However, this review is mainly about customer service and the company response to our requirements around accessibility. They quickly listened to our concern, appreciated the impact on us (and possibily other customers) and made the change as quickly as possible. The customer service response what extremely good and the led on the change and testing. They kept us in the loop and pushed the change forward including sending us reminders to do things. Our contact Nicholas was fantastic and basically project managed the change and acted as the interface between us and presumably the technical leads.
When signing, the document 'completes' immediately after adding your signature. Ideally there should be a simple step allowing you to confirm signature is correct. We've had people attach photos in error as their signature and it didn't give them opportunity to change this. A minor point but thats the only thing I could think of! I'm never keen on reviews that insist you put something in a dislike as it oftens makes a minor issue seem bigger than it is.
