I was really nervous about moving our equity management platform as I couldn't shift the thought that I would miss something in the migration process. I needn't have been as they have an incredibly supportive and detail-oriented Customer Success team that have made the migration process incredibly smooth from start to finish.

Ledgy have built a product that has its UK and European customers at its heart and the team are constantly working on product improvements to make the lives of those who manage employee equity as easy as possible. Wish I made the move to Ledgy sooner!

One aspect that could be enhanced is the lack of drag and drop functionality when editing views and reports. This feature would greatly improve the ease and efficiency of customizing and organizing data within the platform.

The possibility to group stakeholders is very useful when you have many. Also the employees can simulate the potential exit and see clearly how much value they hold in their stock options.

the design is not the most polished (though this matters much less than the feature set) and "indirect" ownership via SPVs is not always easy to model.

The log on procedure has been a little bit confusing for new users.

Ledgy has replaced the Excel-file and by that decreased the possibility to make errors.

Using Ledgy has clarified our captable, ESOP pool (including all of the tedious cliffs, vestings, and contracts) workflow. We've invited all of our stakeholders, and there is no longer any ambiguity on the current standing of the company or shares.
