Our company is using LW for more than 10 years. It’s a such relief when it comes to stop using excel spreadsheets, calendars etc. Excellent tool that all types of employee leaves/entitlements can be used via the web, as well as can be booked by a mobile app, which is very efficient and fully functional. Every employee knows how many days are remaining when requesting holidays. List of public holidays per year, are also very useful, when it comes to international teams working together in one company. I use a lot, Leave Requests - export to excel, which is very useful report, when it comes to summarize employee leaves. I have recommended Leave Wizard to any company.

Easy , quick , simple

I have been using LeaveWizard for over 4 years. I forget that tracking leave and sickness was a real pain. be it a mix of Paper and Excel. LeaveWizard just make the whole think a joy now.You can't imagine going back to the old ways.I can't recommend it enough.Great tool. Well done. Thanks

LeaveWizard, where have you been! After years using paper documents and various other calendars and Excel trackers to record leave and absences this product is a breath of fresh air. So simple to use and manage. I know when my staff are on leave and they also know how many days they have left when requesting holidays. Holidays can also be booked by an app making simple for staff to book leave requests when away from the office. Highly recommend to companies of all sizes.

LeaveWizard was the only product in our price range that catered properly for a business with infinite irregular shift patterns and has drastically relieved the burden of managing leave and absence.Each of our 200+ staff members can see holiday balance and holidays taken / booked using their own individual logon. Queries have reduced drastically and visibility of leave within each department means that staff members are requesting holidays when they know they are likely to obtain approval, making the whole process simpler for everyone. Our organization moved to LW a few years ago. I relate my experiences purely as end user, employee, not management.I find LW, via the web, to be pleasant and convenient for the usual vacation bookings, and leave plannings.The mobile app is strictly efficient and functional. I can book off in short order, as warranted, and on the go. Keep up the good work, keep improving.

This product has been great and totally changed the way that we manage holidays, overtime etc. It is very simple to use and great value for money. Previously we had been using Excel spreadsheets to record leave and absences which was a bit of a pain, but this product is so much better. I now know exactly when my staff are on leave, what sick days they have had and any overtime days due etc. Staff know how many days they have left when requesting holidays and they can also book or check availability via the app when away from the office. Even better you can set rules on how many staff can book leave at any given time, account for different shift patterns and different holiday allowances. Would highly recommend this to any company.

Great for charities! We have been using leave wizard for four years, and have found it perfect for a small charity - we can easily see who is on leave, accrue TOIL as holidays etc and it also deals with part time and irregular work as well.
