I like that it provides visualization of all the components for my leave and includes the to-do lists for each stage.

I used it to generate a leave timeline before taking the leave, but wish it was more integrated with my organization's HR department re: steps after a leave has started.

I've used it to plan my maternity leave and visualize how each of the leave types fit with each other.

As a fully remote company with employees across the US and CAN there are various federal and state laws that apply to people depending on where they live. LeaveLogic makes it easy for us as an employer and others as an employee to see the specific options available to them based on where they live. While I'd say most people use LL for parental leave, it is especially helpful when people have less common leaves to take and are totally unsure of what options are available to them in these situations.

No dislikes come to mind from my perspective / based on how I use LeaveLogic as an HR Admin. Could maybe be useful to integrate this into HR platforms (not sure if this is an option, but we personally don't use it).

LeaveLogic helps educate our employees on the leave options available to them, which in turn makes them more confident, aware, and involved in their own leave process. Additionally, since we are a fully remote company with employees in all different states, LeaveLogic helps everyone see the specific options available to them based on federal and state laws.

Able to track leaves, set milestones, reminders etc.

Not scalable, manaul work outside of the platform

Able to track folks that go out on leaves, great for smaller companies, but not so great for larger companies when many people are going out on leaves
