Very easy to use by our employees. Providing a very good overview and reports for management. Saving a lot of time to both employees and managers. Support is excellent with quick and helpful replies. Suggestions for improvement are well received.

Very good software that I can recommend to everyone, both small and big businesses.

The only minor annoyance I have is that the header of the calendar is not fixed; that is, it disappears if scrolling down a long list of employees.

LeaveBoard is helping us keep track of all type of leaves. Instead of having all communications regarding leaves in emails we have it in one, easily accessible location

LeaveBoard is very useful and easy tool for any business, User Interface is very easy that anybody can easily accept this software for their organisation.

As of now, I haven't feel any kind of dislikes. It is nice software. For our organisation this software is very helpful so we don't have any dislikes.

For any SMB's, we highly recommend this software for their HR department. This is very cost efficient and also very easy to use so you can save training cost as well.

In our organisation we basically using HR on very initial stage, So LeaveBoard is very cost efficient and easy to use software for us. In regards to handling the team of around 70-80 team member this software is very useful and efficient.

It's a highly useful attendance management tool that quickly generates leave and attendance reports for your staff, especially if you used to check attendance simply using Excel. Using software like leave board is a great deal because you are no longer using Excel to verify your employees' leaves and attendance, which is time-consuming. I was able to simply check employees' attendance and leave requests with the help of this software. This software is very useful for small and medium-sized businesses.

There isn't anything to dislike about the software; it has proven to be a very useful tool for time tracking and attendance management. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is that it lags.

I can simply keep track of my employees' total leaves and attendance, allowing me to prepare employee reports in less time. The best part is that it's integrated with Slack, making direct communication much easier.

The best thing about the Leave board is that it's an all one solution to manage, track and approve the leaves and it is straightforward to use both by employees and the manager.

One thing that needs to improveis how easy it can be scaled to other countries as we have operations in multiple countries and want to streamline the process across the global organization. But they are not being able to implement in some countries.

It is helping us manage all the leave processes and streamline all the leave approvals in one platform so we can easily have an overview and reports.

Cost effective and Easy to use for our non technical remote employees

It is easy to administer and integrate into Slack. It is easy for people to request time off and managers to review and accept that time off. Overall been a good experience. Free to use for a small company which saves us A LOT.

Adding back leave is impossible. Following the guides has produced zero results on getting this done. Support pointed us back to the guides that did not work before contacting support. Calendar sync only works with the one email address you sign up for (so can't sync to multiple calendars)

Tracking leave and time off has been a challenge for our organization, knowing when employee have requested time was proving difficult across departments and in a running slack channel where items would get lost. Saves so much time for us and employees on knowing who has leave time left, days off upcoming, etc.

It's very easy to use, usability in approving and requesting leaves, have an overview of the team leave balance in a calendar view.
