While the data entry does require a few minutes of time to complete, the data requested is extremely useful in managing leases overall. It is well worth the time. With their new AI-assisted lease entry, that time is shortened even more. They ar also very quick to reply to any question.

The minimum account requires 50 leases. Also, they are designed only for leases and cannot handle any other debt instrument, such as loans, notes, or lines of credit.

The migration process was also quite smooth thanks to their easy-to-use templates. It also greatly reduces the risk of capture errors with intelligent error handling. Deployment was easy and support was helpful with any issues.

It is not a very easy tool to use, it is quite complex. and It would be even better if it came with more customization for a simpler interface and integration.

It is a tool with good leasing capabilities. I also liked automating the leasing processes and being able to calculate everything and it is efficient for when the reports are generated. On the other hand, it is intuitive and the support service always responds.

The user interface needs some improvements and features need to be optimized to improve loading times.

Very good at meeting our highly demanding needs and ended up being very useful in automatin processes, managing all accounting, calculations, reporting and everything is reliable and with a lot of flexibility.

The Knowlege Base helps me to learn about what I am doing within the software. There are a lot of nice added features that keep getting better.

Some of the reports can take a long time to generate. I'm not sure where to add in extra payments.

The customer service has been fantastic. and I love the ease of reporting once the information is enterd. It is also a tool that allows reporting and disclosure to be more accurate, transparent and efficient.

As I said, the customer service is superior. No problems on my part, I truly have no complaints about LeaseQuery Accounting.

It has helped me enter and export magazines within 5 minutes of using the tool. Also, the help funtion is excellent. affordable for small businesses and the support has been excellent. There are also many reports available to download.

I liked the reliabilit and ease of use feature thanks to the tranining, plus the reporting features as well as lease management, everything is great in one easy to use place to record or declare and manage everything easily better than the competition.

There are certain things that I dont like but they have nothing to do with operation. But the interface and control panel would be excellent.

This software continues to solve problems to daily in our leasing and tracking processes, administration, and helps a lot, it was really worth opting for LeaseQuery for our company.

The software is actually works great for simplifying complex accounting systems, and effectively ensure financial accuracy and compliance under federal standards. We can easily add up to 15 leases into our company account under IFRS 16 or ASC 842 standards, which makes it a handful software for small and medium size companies. Although it is quite easy and straightforward process for adding leases and journal entries, still in case of any issues, LQ support team is always available to provide a better understanding and walk you through the implementation process.

Little bit hard to integrate with existing accounting mechanism in the start, but once we get through the phase, it's all good to go on.

LQ has been very helpful and beneficial software for managing leases and accounting processes under the federal regulations for our company. The most important function for me is the ability to export journal entries and amortization with single click, which is great to provide transparency and clarity of lease accounts to clients and external auditors.

I loved how easy it is to navigate and that it provides easy-to-use features and reporting. I also liked being able to track leases and spend time on bookkeeping and their spreadsheet methods are exceptional.

Communication with technical service is somewhat slow and does not solve problems.

Sometimes it may show some errores in the search and may be limited.
