We are improving the experience for our customers through consistent evaluation and celebration of successes through the TPA segment of the LH platform. We track performance of our teams and individuals on a weekly basis, monthly basis, and celebrate wins annually at our Company Wide Celebration of Excellence.
We love being able to see a quick snapshot of where our strengths and weaknesses lie in order to help our teams improve and grow.
In addition to this, the validation of ad source performance is helpful in making high level marketing decisions so that we can make sure that our marketing dollars are truly working for us.

Lease hawk helps to manage the amount of traffic and establish point of contact with prospects. It also helps staff to keep in contact with the current residents.
LeaseHawk Traditional TPA (Telephone Performance Analysis) is an outstanding tool for measuring employee telephone performance. It measures what is most important and employees with high scores achieve correlating business results with few exceptions. The scoring is conducted by well-trained individuals who apply logic and are able to understand the nuances of human communication so that nothing is missed. This results in the scoring system measuring accurately and doing soo on a consistent basis. LH TPA has become part of our company's culture.
I did not care for the TPA scoring product which used artificial intelligence and machine learning. Human communication is very nuanced. A human scoring TPA can detect meaning in multiple layers (words, tone, volume, inflection, etc.). Machine learning cannot. Period. Not yet, anyway. We tried the AI scoring because the promise of more scored calls was appealing (bigger samples = more accurate assessments, right?), but the result was terrible. The high volume of incorrect scores had to be formally disputed and corrected. Even when they were, the validity of the program was called into question by employees. We had to stop it within two months and return to the traditional TPA program.
In addition to the TPA product, I've also used the LeadScore product which is very helpful for accurately attributing telephone contacts with multiple sources (both paid and unpaid advertising/marketing sources). This tool helped our company trim thousands of dollars from our advertising expense, by eliminating the sources that didn't provide the most calls and the most successful calls (yes, you can go that deep into the data). We were able to not just eliminate sources based on call volume, but by caller engagement/and how likely the caller was to end up buying.
Using LH TPA completely eliminates the need for traditional telephone shopping reports. It provides consistent reporting over time and the reporting tools are also user friendly.
It really allows the user to help train themselves and other. A person can listen to a call to help with training of technical and conversational flow.

I am able to have honest conversations about what works and what doesn't as we listen. It takes away the question of weather someone said something or not.
I like the fact that it touches all of the informative important information the prospects commonly ask.
I don't like the fact we shouldn't discuss the exact dollar amount even if we inform the prospect that the prices can change on a daily basis.
