Learnamp is a growing business and has lots of new features being rolled out all the time. The product roadmap helps with progress, what's being released and what to look forward to.
Learnamp provides us with a home for all our learning materials and resources (we didn't have a LMS/LXP).
The platform accepts a range of content formats and provides an intuitive structure for building out content.
We needed flexability but also standardisation for our learning materials - learnamp helps us to achieve this (the content review date feature is also a nice touch).

Having implemented and worked with a number of other LMS/LXP platforms in previous roles I can say that hands down Learn Amp has been the easiest implementation I have ever been involved in.
Nothing. Implementation was easy and smooth and our employees love the platform, especially how easy it is to use and find content.
Scheduling, booking, pushing content to the right people at the right time and everything all in one place
LearnAmp helped us move from an outdated/old-fashioned way of managing internal training (including how we used to provide our training sessions) and move to the 21st century.
There are still some rare occasions when glitches occur in the system (e.g. the most recent one where the user completes all sessions, but the content is still on the 'to-do' list, still appearing as incomplete, but in the employee's profile, it's 'complete 100%'. Having said that - those are very, VERY rare.
Productivity during onboarding - it used to take a full working day to create all the training records, filter out the required content per role within the existing training matrix that we had, etc. - now all of this is done automatically by the software as soon as our HR platform feeds to LearnAmp that a new joiner is starting. It has saved a working day worth of workload just from the perspective of getting a new joiner, let alone when you think of the time saved looking back and checking if the right versions of documents were signed, chasing signatures for missing ones, or delivering training in person multiple times due to multiple new joiners within the month! The automatic management + recorded sessions are a lifesaver.
The Learn Amp system is fantastic. It allows for all training to be in one place and engages our staff to complete CPD and log it regularly. It also gives us one place to deliver out all training so that people are getting a consistent and standardised approach. The system itself is really easy to use with everything being within 3 clicks. There is lots of pre-loaded content but it's also really easy to add content relevant to our business. The support we receive from Learn Amp is also fantastic, things rarely go wrong but when there are any issues, the support team are really quick to respond and resolve them.
That the reflections are not visible on the CPD records however Learn Amp are working on a solution to this
It has helped us to create a standardised approach to learning and development as well as CPD. We are using the platform to upskill staff but we are also using it for our inductions, mandatory training and all events across the business. It has become a place that all staff can go to enhance their CPD but we have also added our support resources to it so all staff have a place to go for help
We looked around for quite a while for a platform that would meet our organization's needs, and Learn Amp's broad range of functionality has been precisely what we need to grow our impact. In particular, the tasks and Learnlist features enable us to create custom learning experiences with a much lighter lift than creating bespoke or one-off trainings for each individual on the platform. The customer service has also been superlative. The person who helped us build out the platform was readily available whenever we needed her, and any time we've reached out with questions we've received a helpful and timely response.
Some of the qualitative reporting features aren't what we'd like, but the rest of the reports we can run are helpful.
We need to provide custom training and support at scale, and using the platform allows us to create a variety of tasks, timelines, and Learnlists to build a bespoke experience for each user without spending all of the time and effort that would be required to develop, implement, and manually manage that process for each user. This allows us to grow our impact exponentially by leveraging our internal capacity and resources more efficiently.
One of the most helpful elements of selecting Learn Amp is how versatile it is. The flexibility in design allows for it to meet the needs of everyone from sales to engineering.
We're still somewhat early in our use of Learn Amp, but one of its greatest strengths can sometimes be a weakness. With so many options, it takes some people a little longer to get the hang of getting their content loaded. Easily remedied with some additional training of our team (which we're working on).
Learn Amp is helping us to scale our learning opportunities across our go-to customer organization. We're now able to assign and report on the learning, which in turn helps to better support our learners.

• With Learn Amp, we’re able to pull multi-layered reports about activity instead of having to connect with leaders directly, with a range of filter options that allow us to tweak the report to show the information we need.
• We love being able to memorialize and scale our custom content so that future new hires can see the information on-demand. This has made knowledge sharing across the business much more efficient, and has allowed us to retain knowledge in the business. Previously, we uploaded our custom content from instructor-led sessions to our intranet and consumption was at an extremely low rate on a monthly basis, whereas now we see consistently high engagement with content.

• End-users describe the platform as fresh and adaptive; with dashboards displaying all the information they need in one place, including their ‘To Do’ list, as well as recommendations and content shares, which entices people to keep coming back into the platform.
• The Learn Amp platform enables the training to be made meaningful and delivers learning at the point of need. The content as well as exercises and assessments that can be built into bespoke learning pathways make the learning process more memorable and effective – which shifts learning from passive to active.
• We love the reporting functionality that’s available for reporting on essential training and tasks. We’re looking forward to seeing more and more ways to report on the social learning features like the Q&A functionality, so we can report on the peer-to-peer learning that’s happening across the platform.

Learn amp is a very user-friendly, sophisticated LMS platform with many fantastic features. I like how simple it is to use, build and curate. The skills library with 5,000 pieces of content has also been well received, and you can find something for everyone there. The platform caters to every need and has thought of everything.
Some of the language/terminologies differ from what you might expect E.g Tasked and assigned. Some times the reporting can be challenging to get your head around as there are many different ways to do everything.
