The UX could be better. It's not always clear to me where I have to look.

I love the goal setting. It's quite useful especially when setting up Term Goals for myself and my team. Also that it allows business and personal goals.

I dislike that you can't do multiple actions at once, my team is big and going through one by one is tedious especially for quantitative data.

I'm solving the problem of hitting sales targets by inputting a run rate on Leapsome. We count how many of each product needs to move in order to meet our revenue targets.

The review and the way task assignee for the colleagues as well as the charts and analytics in addition to the announemasly feedback on the way that the colleagues submit the feedback

For me, nothing should be added here except adding more toles and suggestions to solve the low points and work on them to let them high as the highest points.

Mainly the performance managments

The way it allows to create goals for colleague and share the goals with the team. Very easy to use, integrates well for the team.

Hardly anything. Leapsome should continue with the current feature and functionalities. May be a more eye catching improved UI would be great.

The UI it's very easy to use. The menus are very well-located and very easy to understand.

Nothing that special. Honestly, I didn't find any negative point.

The user interface is very well designed and consistent which in turn reduces the cognitive load.

I would say the feedback overlay container is lenghty as you have to scroll down a bit to see content. It also feels a bit squeezed though. I would like to recommend to check it and perhaps redesign it using more columns e.g.

It makes it easier to write reviews to colleagues as well as get instant feedback. Overall it is great as we can improve our soft skills.
