There are several things that I like from using Leapfile. It provides its users the capability of sharing larger files that are secured and encrypted as well. Leapfile also gives users a single login platform for incoming an outgoing files with the same credentials used for file repository and file sharing options. Also allows the uploading of customized logos and default messages to give an unique look to the file exchange site and makes it an extension of the company. It can create multiple repositories for a broad variety of categories and also adding new folder structures for a better organization. Leapfile also secures users information by setting permission to the actual users of the platform. Exporting files from Excel spreadsheets is also possible for better viewing and managing. Finally it has capabilities that includes permissions management for external clients, external and internal users management and other things related.

What I dislike from using Leapfile is that the interface is text-based and provides no interaction with graphics and makes it hard for either our employees and our clients to make quick decisions about which action they are going to choose to complete their downloads. Also we realized that admin controls are not working at full capacity causing issues and delays. We have also encountered problems with sending emails through Outlook plugin, default formatted text cause confusion with retrieving files from our clients and employees with no action to download, this is caused by the HTML code that is not entirely done. Finally, uploading files tend to hold a cookie that contains an "expired link" causing issues to our clients.

Leapfile has demonstrated to be a reliable source for managing and transferring large files across departments in small, mid and big organizations. I strongly advice you to rely on expert hands before implementing this software. Pricing is not a problem because is cheaper than other similar solutions but you can set a trend if you use Leapfile wisely.

Using Leapfile has been really good to our company and this is because we have solved many problems like for example: we can send and receive large files across our department in a secure way. With leapfile I can transfer documents to my clients without any problem, since I use leapfile everything I send to my workers receive it and they can download it without any problem, what I like the most is their security and level of trust that they give to the user.

One of the things I do not like about leapfile is that sometimes the files take a long time to load to be sent as a link, it can take 1 to 2 hours to load a very heavy file even if my internet is very fast.

Ademas LeapFile contiene un sistema de seguridad de alta calidad!

No tengo palabras para rechazar este increíble software, por el contrario LeapFile me parece un servicio que cumple con todas las caracteristicas que promete. Pero lo único que sería una buena idea cambiar es mantener la sesión porque a veces tengo que volver a iniciar sesión.

A pesar que LeapFile cumple con todas las espectativas me gustaria que la interfaz mejorara su aspecto en cuanto a graficos debido a que en su mayoria es puro texto. Debido a esto, puede llegar a ser difícil para nuestros empleados y clientes decidir rápidamente qué acción tomar para completar sus descargas.

In my opinion the best thing is allow sent large files, around 250mb per each without having issues with your firewall or antivirus, this aspect is the best thing of LeapFile.
