I like how simple is it to pull reports for material planning and tracking and LeanDNA provides me the ability to customize my pages and align columns to easily pull reports with little to no manual adjustments. Tasks that took me hours now take me minutes. The analytics within the tool make daily tracking simple and easy to follow.

I don't like the assumptions that LeanDNA makes around safety stock/safety time. It can mislead me to review data that is not actually real. Some parts within our tool has safety stock and safety time listed in the "Master Data" which creates additional work to go into SAP and confirm which data is real and what is assumed based on formulas within the reports. I also do not like how LeanDNA makes assumptions around past due POs. On the Supply/Demand trackers I have noticed that parts will be mis-labeled because the tool assumes POs will arrive on time, even if past due.

I am able to pull projected line of balances daily within minutes to highlight current and future risks in on time delivery.

its simple and intuitive use, being able to use it as a portal, the always-present assistance, and its infinite development possibilities.

I love everything, there is nothing to criticize for me about LDNA.

Lean DNA allows you to easily and intuitively anticipate future problems. The ergonomics and accessibility of the various reports are perfectly intuitive and easy to handle. It is a time saver and builds confidence in the work done, as well as providing a very important opportunity to identify areas for improvement.

I would like not to have the image of my ERP from the day before but in real time, it is probably the most penalizing.

It allows me to detect excessive stock levels in a simple way by suggesting immediate actions to take.

Also, able to use creation of tasks, assign tasks to the right owners and now (new feature) able to have internal chat with colleagues about upcoming issues.

So far, I haven't had any problems that required support.

I would like the integration between systems to be more "let's say" online, today there are two updates.

The most useful aspect of leanDNA is the ease with which you can consult the data and obtain information quickly and efficiently.

The advantages are many, but the ease of consulting the data quickly and efficiently surpasses all others.

The update is only once a day, there should be more updates throughout the days, this way the availability of information would be more online.

We implement this tool more less six months ago and we get an inventory reduction of 10millon on raw material

The dashboards contain all of the important information that I use on a daily basis in one easy to use page. The reports that can be pulled from LeanDNA make my job much easier. I use LeanDNA daily in conjunction with SAP and they work well together.

The only downside that I see is that LeanDNA is not in real time. It syncs with SAP twice per day but information in SAP is ever changing so Lean DNA may not be up to date and current.

It shows me current part shortages and future shortages that allow me to get ahead of any problems or issues before they occur.
