Stevanie is simply incredible!
What do you like best about LeanData?
I just want to say that working with Stevanie is magical. In a world where support is run by Chatbots , it's nice to talk to someone who is an absoulte pro. Stevanie will obsess about your issue until she finds the best solution. I appreaciate that so much. Lean Data management, please give Stevanie her own parking spot with her name on it and a healthy raise because she is simply amazing at her job. You can tell she really loves working there too. I love the product, but the support I got from Stevanie is worth the price of the product alone. Thank You!!!

I wish the merge lead functionality was a little more customizable.

What do you like best about LeanData?
LeanData routing provides almost everything that Salesforce's native automations don't - single-object focused process flows on an accessible drag-and-drop interface with comprehensible audits. Yes, AUDITS. But it's not just for routing - you can create these for damn-near any object (custom too for the right price) and for almost any situation. The product really comes into its own when you realize the power of this.

The recent addition of example process automations (graphs) for organizations with different complexity environments means you can implement much faster than before. That said, LeanData customer support is among the best I've encountered in a B2B SaaS company, and I've been doing this for more than 15 years.
What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notice I said it provides ALMOST everything flows has. It doesn't have a debug feature, and that would be really useful. They have made it easier in recent years to test automations by allowing you to install in a sandbox and then export and import graphs, but there's no debug feature on the live or draft graphs.

Logical rules based routing
What do you like best about LeanData?
Along with our primary use of lead routing to our BDR team, we've moved several critical workflows out of Salesforce and into LeanData because the maintenance is easier and the built-in country verification reduces manually created exceptions. I was able to upskill multiple team members in to the ecosystem relatively quickly and as a result have more LD administrators than any other tool other than Salesforce. Their customer support is some of the friendliest I've ever encountered.
What do you dislike about LeanData?
There are some ease of use functionality they are still missing (copying logic rules, renaming the default path) and we still fight occasionally with getting the same lead routed twice due to rapid updates and I'd love to see better reporting rather than using Salesforce.
What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead, we are able to get leads into the correct BDRs hand in an average of 2.5 minutes from MQL, including all the enrichment and routing and deduping. LD is responsible for all out country normalization and territory assignment, as well as keeping our account assignments, ownership policies and account lifecycle activities accurate and up to date.

Better Visualizer than Flows
What do you like best about LeanData?
The ability to help non-technical/operations people understand routing, decisions, expectations, logs, etc. is absolutely amazing. Being able to open a log and *see* how decisions were made is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about LeanData?
Additionally, the Support team from LeanData is spectacular. They work hard to review graphs and answer some pretty detailed questions, as well as supply workarounds or improved ideas.
Recommendations to others considering LeanData?
Flows/Apex can capture way more data from related records, and have more functionality in how/when changes can be allocated.
What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very customized routing of records across multiple teams and business units. We also have other systems connected within the graphs for Slack alerting, Sequence assignment, etc.

What do you like best about LeanData?
The LeanData Lead and Contact Router have turned a previously very time intensive process into an automated and time saving inbound flow. Also having a tool to manage this has enabled us to create a unified approach in lead routing.

Easy setup, good support, great product
What do you like best about LeanData?
Setup was relatively easy. If you're familiar with Hubspot workflows or Salesforce Flows, then setting up routing in LeanData will be pretty easy. After we set it up, there hasn't really been any maintenance needed other than changing the routing flow when staffing changes happen. The audit log makes it really easy to see what is happening behind the scenes. It has really decreased the time it takes for us to take a contact from a lead to an opportunity.
What do you dislike about LeanData?
It was a little tricky to get the correct code for the form to send people to the scheduler, there is different code for different types of pages and it was tricky figuring which was the correct to use. That being said, it didn't take long for the support team to help us figure it out.

Automating meeting scheduling with the correct person based on account information and location.

What do you like best about LeanData?
The ease of use. LeanData really caters towards their users and keeps them in mind when updating their product. They also have such a great training and CS staff, so you can continue to learn and utilize them as your company needs grows.
What do you dislike about LeanData?
Not that I can think of....our CS support helps us with any roadblocks I may come across.

LeanData allows us to route our leads/contacts to the correct teams with efficiency and ease. It allows our sales to focus more on selling than on if they have the correct records routed to them.
