This is advantageous, for our company as it guarantees the sharing and limited access of our files exclusively to authorized members of our team.

When you need to send important files safely, it's essential to have a secure platform, extra protection for your documents, and a way to track their activity after they've been sent. Fortunately, LeaksID has got you covered with all of these features.

My preference is for the messages sent from the system to be easily customizable, so that they can appear to come directly from the sender rather than the system itself. This would provide a more personalized touch to our communications.

There is no built-in advanced onboarding, it is not entirely clear how to conduct investigations and how documents are marked.

We decided to use LeaksID to reduce the risk of insider leaks. We have sensitive documents in our company, and we were afraid to just send them by mail or through insecure systems. LeaksID just offers to additionally mark documents with invisible marks for protection (this is how we additionally create a preventive effect, since our partners and employees know that the system is installed and in case of any leak we will be able to determine who did it).

Sometimes files take a long time to load into the system, probably due to their size. But if you wait for a little, everything is ok. I would also like to add the ability to integrate LeaksID with Dropbox.

We have confidential documents in our work, in particular agreements with partners, investors and large clients. And we don't want them to just be stored in the cloud, like Google Drive, because that's not entirely secure. As users of LeaksID, we now have peace of mind that all documents uploaded to their data room are protected and that in the event of a potential leak, we can find the culprit. I like the functionality of multi-user access to workspaces by inviting third parties, but with the ability to differentiate rights. Interestingly, you can put restrictions on downloading or printing documents, and leave them only for viewing. Automatic marking of documents, which is completely invisible and takes place automatically when the document is uploaded.

It is not entirely clear if LeaksID already has integrations with DLP and SIEM systems, it would be good to share the plans from the roadmap with users in order to understand what to expect in the future. I would like to make the offsets a little less when marking, so that they are not so noticeable.

When exchanging confidential data with partners, we had a leak several times, since we learned about it quickly enough and it did not bring negative consequences. Therefore, we would like to find a solution that will allow us to create both a preventive effect and conduct investigations if a leak does occur. Both of these tasks are solved in LeaksID.
