I'd like to see them integrate with more CRMs and email automation tools.
We got a LTD for this product so we don't pay the full price. Previous to their workflow automation feature they just implemented, I'd be hesitant to purchase one of their plans, but with that feature in combination with the fact that my company uses one of their CRMs that they integrate with, the value has more than doubled and I'd recommend using it. If your CRM doesn't directly integrate with it (both Zapier and Integromat aren't options) then I'd recommend looking at one of their competitors.
Reaching out to prospects when we're top of mind because we know that they've come to our website and which pages they've visited so that we know which services they're interested in. It also connects with our CRM Salesflare so we're able to send leads directly to it as well as see information from Salesflare on the platform.
I love the design and user interface of the app. Sure you can set this up within your own GA dashboard, but the beautiful user interface makes this app 100% better. Also it integrates contact linking of the companies visiting which is huge so you don't manually have to scrape and makes it better than the average GA dash build for this. Also it shows you what the user was looking at on the website in a very convenient way, plus the number of visits and time on site.
I dislike some of the recognition software, wish it pulled in more contacts for more companies and recognized spam bots / not interested parties of your brand a bit better.
This is a must if you are spending dollars on your digital advertising budget. Helps you claim some of that extra spend within the ROI budget.

User-friendly and fast setup. Great lead quality.
None till so far. However more details about the leads would always be welcome.
Earlier getting high-quality b2b leads was a challenging task for our team. There was a lot of manual work along with the higher time consumption. After we have started using Leadworx, the problem has gone down. The leads are sent to the emails daily, making the whole process relatively easy.
The user interface is smooth, well-considered, and easy on the eyes. Most software programs struggle with the balance of form and function, especially those with heavy data reliance. But Leadworx has done a beautiful job striking the right balance between the the two.
Setting up my account with the Wordpress plugin was easy and worked as expected. I am a Wordpress user and I like using plugins when I can so I wouldn't have to mess around with the code. Their Wordpress plugin was easy to download and setup. They also have well-thought-out instructions on how to setup the plugin and everything was well-explained.
The best part, I believe, is that it connects - and connects so well - with many well-known CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. Leadworx also supports many email clients as well as Slack. I was thrilled to find Salesflare CRM in that list as that's my go-to CRM software nowadays. The integration of Leadworx and Salesflare worked flawlessly - not a single hickup through the whole integration process. That's pretty impressive!
I can't think of many. Maybe they can expand their support of email clients a bit more and include services like Active Campaign, which is what I use. (Their roadmap mentions that they are investigating it.)
Within minutes after I integrated with Salesflare, Leadworx was showing all the accounts and contacts within Salesflare in Leadworx. Even better, they displayed the Salesflare accounts in 3 pie charts and classified them by industry, number of employees, and country. For the first time, I saw a breakdown of all our past accounts and clients classified by industry and number of employees.
Once I had setup my Wordpress plugin, it took a couple of hours for it to begin gathering information. Within a few more hours, I began seeing data on the site visitors. My site is just launched so I don't get much traffic yet. Withing a day or so after I integrated my Wordpress account, Leadworx had already collected around 5 guests, including a business with 30 employees that is well-matched with my prospect profile.
The capture of the site visiotors data into sales pipeline inside my Salesflare account was also flawless. It was really helpful to be able to really capture the information into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign it to a sales-funnel stage, right from within Leadworx with the clicks of a few buttons.

LeadWorx provides great intell on the visitors to your website. I found that it got smarter over time as well, giving more accurate results. I was able to confirm the accuracy by cross-referencing with clients who I knew visited the site at specific times. LeadWorx attributed those visits correctly. It's fantastic being able to combine these results with outbound marketing initiatives too.
It would be even better if it was able to identify and filter out more of the bot visitors.
