Deep levels of customer and account data to decorate and improve the way we think about customer data, prospect data, and white-spaced data. We also leverage a custom ICP, which has been a game changer for GTM.
Price, but you do get what you pay for. TAM and ICP needs to be redone regularly.

We have been able to validate, enrich, segment, and accurately present our data sets at the account and contact level. Our relationship started with simple data needs and turned into a true vision for our customer and prospect base.
We would love to see some more industry specific data sets available for use for our different divisions - however, we are working with Leadspace to combine and unify some other industry data sets to ingest into our standard Leadspace enrichment values.
Leadspace is a true data partner. I would recommend Leadspace for B2B businesses that are ready to take their data to the real next level. There are simpler solutions for simple validation or enrichment, which doesn't mean that a company couldn't get a lot from Leadspace in that area - but I would recommend a potent data partner like Leadspace when there is available time and resources to really focus on data holistically.
Our most impactful solutions (of the many varied problems solved) include account prioritization and hierarchies; ICP and TAM analyses; custom persona creation and implementation; seamless integration of existing and new data values into our CRM/MAP and other systems; and data unification for multiple divisions while solving problems of duplication and normalization.
The team at LeadSpace is extremely helpful in figuring out our needs and fixing any coding or backend sources to give us the information we were looking for. This tool and database trumped others because of the flexible way in which they reported the data for a SaaS company standpoint.
Countries outside of North America and Canada are not as fully fleshed out and accurate, so we need to depend on alternate sources to make sure we get the best data out there.

We are using LeadSpace to enrich all incoming data and to place records in a hierarchy. Because this tool is the source of truth, the records are able to connect in a seamless way.
Leadspace has fantastic customer success that feels like an extension of our marketing team.
They've been making upgrades to their platform recently but design of platform and its ability to pull in information from Salesforce can add extra steps to tasks.
Our go-to-market strategy is focused around Account Based Marketing. Making sure we are hitting the right people, at the right companies at the right time with personalized information from our SDR team. Leadspace helped us to build out an Ideal Customer Profile to help organize our prospects into A, B, or C accounts based on how closely these accounts matched the ICP. We built out the model and then let it run in the background for 6 months. At the end of that time, we realized that Leadspace C accounts accounted for 30% of our initial meetings booked but only made up of 10% of our late-stage pipeline and 7% of revenue. Meanwhile, A and B accounts made up 70% of our initial meetings booked but 90% of our late-stage pipeline. Switching our SDR's focus to A&B accounts has resulted in a 20% higher conversion rate.
In addition, we also use Leadspace to build out the ideal buyer personas of the key decision-makers within our accounts. Leads are then scored against these personas and we use Leadspace to help us identify contacts in accounts where we are missing key buyers/influencers. We've been able to source more than 10,000 net-new contacts within our target accounts across our 3 main buyer personas.
Along with excellent customer service, Leadspace is able to scale and deliver customized data projects in a timely and efficient way.

Leadspace helps us validate that existing contacts in our database still work at their identified company. They also append and enhance data attributes at the contact and company level for us.
Leadspaces ability to deliver data driven, accurate results with there data team and the quick turn around time and superb customer support.
So far they have exceeded my expectations but i would have them start working towards supplying franchise data sets in the future.
Utilize the customer service and be clear with what you want. Also ask qualifying questions for projects and Leadspace will amaze you with how deep they drill into the details for the most accurate data return. Leadspace is more of a smart application for data driven decisions so the more information you provide the more accurate the data will be.
We are using leadspace to help us convert from a lead driven data base to a complete ABS/ABM model. Leadspace is supplying a huge lift with enrichment and data driven results for Account scoring, matching, and trust in our data.
Leadspace is very customer focused and willing to do "whatever it takes" to ensure the customer is getting what they need (regardless if it falls outside of their standard service agreement). I have been extremely pleased with their ability to utilize LinkedIn to link, enrich and track movement of people.

Leadspace does a great job customizing their solutions to their customer's needs (versus the "one size fits all" solutions).
We have stale/outdated information regarding our contacts/leads. Leadspace has been able to identify a high percentage of our contacts/leads who have moved onto different jobs and employers. By having this information in a timely manner will give us the ability to re-engage with these people and ultimately increase our revenue/sales.
Love the quality of data, ability to do custom and very targeted projects. The Customer Success team is unparalleled with their knowledge, skill, and experience. It's been a game changer for our marketing team as well as our sales department. It's also given our entire Ops team a lot of reliable datapoints to work with in our org. This provider is great, I love working with them and their product is fantastic. I haven't found any other vendor that will provide the same level of support and quality of data.
Helps our Ops team tremendously across several areas. We've done a ton of validation, enrichment, and net new acquisition in our org with LeadSpace which has made things much easier for our Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams. We plan to do a lot more of this work moving forward.
We've also developed a scoring system for accounts based off of data and validation work done by using LeadSpace which has been very impactful on our marketing projects and programs. It's added a whole different dimension to our database and marketing programs and segmentations. I've made LeadSpace datapoints part of my normal reporting to C level, as well as using LeadSpace data to validate and map new sales bandwidths. We use LeadSpace to solve lots of issues across many different departments.

The LinkedIn Person URL, Industry to Sub-Industry hierarchy, and general integrity of the Leadspace dataset and tools is very high. My favorite part is Leadpsace On Demand as it very user-oriented.
The least helpful aspect of Leadspace is that we cannot always take action on the alternate email addresses and/or phone numbers that come back with our matches from Leadspace. It's more of an internal policy obstacle, but still a disappointment.
Leadspace is helping us complete Buyer Profile details in addition to building Customer Data models that work to find existing and acquire new Leads for Marketing to Qualify and deliver high quality opportunities to Sales.
