We switched to Leadoo as our website bot provider from a well-established company that stopped investing in their product and skimped on customer service. Leadoo's technology turned out to be much better developed and significantly cheaper. There are different types of bots, and we can have multiple bots within our subscription. What's more, we can finally customize bot settings and design to a great extent. The user interface is modern, intuitive and includes great data visualisation. I should also add excellent customer service and very advanced CRM integration.
There are minor bugs occasionally, but usually quickly resolved.
It solves the problem of low website user engagement and boosts the number of quality leads. Also, stores data about companies visiting the website.
For most companies, Leadoo is the only solution you need to understand and convert your website visitors.
You can get similar features cheaper, if you're willing to go through the trouble and combine different tools.

Somethimes I get confused about which bot / assistant / link I need to modify, because there are several of them, but in this case the fault is probably more with the user.
The bot serves online and guides customers forward. It books appointments for me and communicates value by directing e.g. to blogs etc.

So far there has not been anything that we would've been particularly unsatisfied with.
Before using Leadoo, getting any leads through our websites was very difficult. Now we get leads monthly and are able to track companies visiting our sites. Previously we had another company identification software already in use and were a bit hesitant if Leadoo's company identification tool could provide any added value. However, we have noticed that these two different sortwares report partly different company data, justifying the need for both.

For smaller companies, the cost of Leadoo may be a threshold to acquire it, but the investment in procurement is measurable, and it will quickly pay for itself.

I think with Leadoo you can do so many things. I'm very creative person and I think the ideas are that matter in this case too.

But it's not just their support that shows their drive to improve.Over the years, the platform has evolved to include numerous features, yet the UI has always remained easy to use. Additionally, their customer success team also has a talent for creating chatbot dialogues that truly convert.
Put all these strengths together, and you have software that's easy to endorse.
Apart from occasional bugs, not much. If you're capable of creating efficient chatbot flows yourself and don't need much hand-holding on technical issues, maybe there are more cost-effective solutions out there.

We've worked with Leadoo for 2 years and the year-on-year improvements we've seen in site engagement, conversion rates and total leads have been really impressive. We use Leadoo to identify prospects onsite, educate them about our services, and optimize their conversion journeys. It's become a very important tool in our online lead generation strategy.
Dislike: There are a lot of features - some we haven't been able to fully explore yet.

Nothing to dislike, but it takes some work to getting the customer journeys right. The Leadoo was absolutely available to us, but we need to put some serious thought behind it.
