I like how user friendly leadGenius is, makes dealing with issues at work so easy and dont ever really have any questions, because everything is so self explaintory
I dislike how when gettin gonline and going to websites that have cookies can make the system slower, but besides that no real dislikes. i get around this by using a different web browser
its a great product and easy to figure out highly recommended
i use lead Genius for work and it keeps everything in one place. i love how i am able to access it anywhere and i can take things on the road with me. makes work seem much less stressfull

LeadGenius has been an invaluable partner to our business. I run business development at a small firm, and they make my work appear as if I have an entire team behind me. Not only do they undertake the requested tasks (lead sourcing, lead enrichment, data verification, and other daily requests) but they strategize on how to make my efforts more efficient, such as researching competitors and doing analysis, building out target lists, and strategizing on how to create more traction with my email efforts. Not to mention their turn-around time is short; especially if/when I have urgent last-minute requests.
I haven't encountered any downsides to using LeadGenius.

The product doesn't offer a ton - meaning the actual UX + Product interface. They are road mapped for some cool features and UI options. Looking forward to the next iterations!
Make sure that you have a clear expectation of what you want out of data sourcing and have enough scale to get the value. For example - you need a plan for a few weeks in advance for your data. You can't just query the backend for lead data. That said, there is no better provider of great customized data at scale.
We us LG for data-hygiene on target ABM accounts. They are incredible at keep contact records clean and ensuring that we are reaching out to the right people. We've realized a massive increase (50%+) in data accuracy and attributed significant net new business to the leads sourced by LG.
