What do you like best about LeadDesk?

It's an best software for sales process in your organisation , I am using it from last few months and It gives very good results . It increases our Closures. It's easy to use and I'm using it frequently , it have good. Features .

What do you dislike about LeadDesk?

Customer service is not up to the mark ,I hope you'll improve it . Apart from this it's perfect.

What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves alot of time by managing leads and also it saves our extra efforts by providing qualified leads

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

The reporting tools are especially important to us because of the increasing need for insight and measurment of different KPIs and/or OKR. These are important factors to be competetive in the increasingly hyper-competetive climate that is direct sales.

What do you dislike about LeadDesk?

We have had some difficulties with low-sound and crackling due to servers issues.

Nothing extraordinary.

Recommendations to others considering LeadDesk:

KPI, OKR's etc is becmoning increasingly more important to be competetive in any market. Most markets are becoming hyper-competetive. With LeadDesk you will have the right reporting tools to measure the key point indicators needed to make changes to your business.

Also LeadDesk' key account managers and IT support are really easy to deal with. They will guide you and dont get annoyed when your lack of computer knowledge shines bright :)

What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The detection of automatic phone-answering is important to us due to the efficiency of our man-days and therefore our net income.

The benefits of the good reporting tools is something I have benefited from as a project coordinator.

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

It is easy to use and deploy in a desktop. There is ready and very supportive support team always ready to give assistance. Since we started using this platform we have won more customers and increased our sales volume.

What do you dislike about LeadDesk?

Great tool and it offers excellent services in sales and marketing. It is just fine no breakdown we have experienced so far.

"One of the best sales tools I've ever used"
What do you like best about LeadDesk?

This software makes 'sales call handling' very easy, because of its user-friendly interface, new users adopt this easily. With the help of its auto dialer mode, the caller can increase his call count and generate more revenue for the business.

What do you dislike about LeadDesk?

Although I like all its features, yes I would definitely like to say that its mobile functionality can be improved a bit more. With the increase in mobile functionality, users will be able to use it better

If you talk about sales software, then it proves to be a better option, It helps the salesperson to maintain the data and increase the number of callings.

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

It has significantly streamlined out lead Management process. This software has proven it Self to be valued tool for our sales team, and I'm satisfied with the performance.

What do you dislike about LeadDesk?

Customer support response time his poor which is frustrating for business relying heavily on the software for their operations. And mobile apps latest update should be improved it's UI is not at all friendly.
