The best thing about Lead 411 is Ryan Tierney, who is my rep and has taken the time to work with me daily to get what I needed. Anytime I had a problem he was there to help. When you can find an employee that cares about their company product to drop what they are doing to help a client that is a person that deserves giving recognition to. He really has helped me every step of the way and I am greatly appreciative.

The UI could be a little better, but search filters need to be improved. But this is still workable and given the price compared to the competition, its definitely worth it.
The usual tools I use, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, don't have email or phone numbers. This is critical. This makes me much more productive !
