"Our unfair advantage in the market!"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Without doubt our favourite feature is knowing who has been on our website & when. This has helped us out countless times to open up conversations & knowing when to pick up the phone. Not only is this a great feature, but we also get email updated when a visit from our targeted sector is found, allowing us to strike whilst the iron is hot.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I have no dislikes regarding Lead Forensics, just wish I found it sooner!

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate in a slow moving environment where it can take some time for buyers to make decisions. Knowing who has been on our website & when is critical for us knowing when to reach out.

"A tool that makes our business more streamlined"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

We like to be able to crosss refrance our data base of leads against new business looking at the site. Also great for when we have done some out reach to see responces in real time.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

There is a lot to LF that you need to learn about and understand and only find that we use the minimum of what it can be used for.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

LF helps our company look at the campaigns we manage to see realtime reactions. This along with other tools gives us a fuller picture of how we are doing during these campaigns

"Tool is good, but CSM made it great"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The tool complies with GDPR but allows our Sales team to monitor our web activity. The CSM was very helpful taking us to a level where we could get meaning out of the tool quickly + the tips in the last session were very useful.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The tool's UI is a little "old" looking. It also has some weird bugs - like icons that don't delete for categories, etc.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool complies with GDPR but allows our Sales team to monitor our web activity.

"I have loved using Lead Forensics and is so interesting being able to see what our customers view."
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Instant support from our relationship Manager Troy Lownds as he has supported me extremely well. I have learned a lot from him about the tool. Communications have been prompt and quicker than I thought, as I know he has other customers to serve. This has allowed me to become more confident and be there for my Area Sales Managers, allowing them to make the most of the tool. It allows us to be one step ahead of the competition and be able to have decent relevant conversations with our customer.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The number of email when a visit from a customer occurs. We have created reports so we can track and set a rule to move the emails to be deleted but now and again they slip through the net or as there is so many fill up the deleted box quickly.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

As well as giving important information on what our customers are viewing, it has also allowed us to track issues with our website. We have had a new website implemented and where customers have had issues with certain pages, it has allowed the webdeveloper to date/time stamp and view the error that the customer saw as previously we would ask for a screen print

"Critical Component to our ABM Strategy"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

As a sales and marketing leader, my experience with Lead Forensics has been nothing short of transformative. The platform has proven to be a valuable asset that is used throughout every day, providing crucial insights that have significantly impacted our prospecting and outreach strategies. Their support team was present and easy to access amid a time when we were making many changes, and the implementation of this and other products wasn't so much difficult as it was cumbersome, and they made that integration and strategy rollout fairly seamless. Lead Forensics is powerful and delivers robust insights when it comes to how we manage and engage with website visitors, enabling us to identify potential leads with insight and precision. Real-time tracking is a game-changer, offering immediate visibility into user activity; thus, empowering our team to instantaneously engage prospects at precisely the right moment. In other words, as the title states, it is a key component of our strong ABM-GTM strategy.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

While the platform's power is evident, there are some complexities involved that don't necessarily create too steep of an initial learning curve. Though to be clear, for some that learning curve is going to be steep, requiring dedicated time for the team to fully harness its capabilities. When you do get up to speed, it's second to none and you'll be usingit every day.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform's ability to identify companies visiting our website has been instrumental in targeting high-value prospects, enriching our lead pool. When it comes to account-based marketing, it becomes difficult to discern at times the overall propensity and tactfully build a scoring system that is not lead-focused but account-focused. They do a good job of alleviating this concern, and with the customizable alerts feature, I have a high degree of confidence that our team is promptly notified of significant website activities with precision so we can facilitate swift and informed responses.

"So good we use on several of our websites."

"lead generation and website analytics tool"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I appreciate Lead Forensics because its user-friendly interface makes it a breeze for me to swiftly identify potential leads. The real-time visitor identification and detailed company profiles offer me valuable insights into my website traffic, allowing me to fine-tune my marketing and sales strategies for more targeted results. Thanks to Lead Forensics, I can effectively convert anonymous website visitors into high-quality leads, resulting in improved lead generation and a significant boost in my conversion rates.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

While I see the benefits of Lead Forensics, I've encountered a few drawbacks. Firstly, the cost can be a concern, as it might not be the most budget-friendly option for smaller businesses. Additionally, the tool's reliance on IP tracking may lead to inaccuracies in identifying company visitors, and it could raise privacy concerns among some website visitors. Finally, integrating Lead Forensics with existing systems can sometimes be complex, potentially causing headaches during the setup process.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Forensics has been invaluable to me in solving several critical issues. First and foremost, it has dramatically improved my lead generation efforts by providing real-time identification of potential leads visiting my website, enabling me to engage with them promptly. It has also helped me better understand the interests and behaviors of my website visitors, allowing for more personalized and effective marketing strategies. Moreover, Lead Forensics' lead scoring capabilities have enabled me to prioritize and focus my resources on the most promising leads, leading to increased conversion rates and more efficient sales processes.

"We now see who is entering and exiting our website."
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

There was a lot of traffic to our website, but we couldn't see which company it was. Now we can easily see this data and make marketing developments for companies. Thus, it made a very positive contribution to our sales.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Sometimes companies do not give exact names. It just gives the name of the region or street. This is not much of a problem, we can search that address on Google and guess the company. However, of course, it would be better if it gives all companies clearly.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been provided with better access to our website traffic data. Now we can clearly see who is entering and exiting our website. This enabled us to improve our sales processes. As a negative situation, sometimes it does not show the company names clearly, but we can solve this by researching the address via Google Maps.
