What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice helps me to organize all my KPIs and goals in a single place. It also helps me to get timely reminders on any reviews or feedback for me. The review feature of the app makes it simple to review my goals and manage my performance. I regularly use Lattice to track my goals. I connect it with my Slack and I get notifications instantly. It is very simple and easy to use on daily basis.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The tool might be a bit hard to learn for first time users, an interactive demo would been helpful.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to solve my misalignment between activities and goals. Lattice gives a clear view of my goals and the progress being made hence I will plan accordingly. Also, I can set a 1:1 with my manager to discuss any shortcomings. all these performance-related things are under one roof in Lattice.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice make it really easy to keep 1:1, action itens and follow up of our evolution. Perfomance review is also very nice, everything in one place!

It is super simples do use, experience is great. Before Lattice, never had a tool to management HR, game changer!

What do you dislike about Lattice?

In the past, I had some difficulty to manage my goals, but now it's a lot better.

Lattice allows to seemly management my career. 1:1s are super easy to configure and it is linked to my google agenda, I get my performance review quartely, super easy and nice to use.

What do you like best about Lattice?

I like that help is readily available through chat and also that we have dedicated contacts to reach out to when we need a strategy or best approach brainstorm to figure out our Lattice needs.

The platform itself is user-friendly, and had a simple and sleek appearance. This has made it easy to be comfortable and use Lattice daily. In addition, Lattice is always open to receiving feedback of suggestions made by customers.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

I think Lattice is a platform that is constantly evolving to include new features so limitations are not many. I can count on their service team to advise on the best use and also share any feedback/ideas to improve the platform. Would like to see more customization capabilites such as formatting of the review forms (i.e. moving sections like OKR's to the beginning or middle portion instead of last item) like text options to color, bold or underline custom review questions. Another feature that would be a nice addition would be to be able to have multiple reviewers collaborate on one manager review form. Improvement to reporting would be nice such as offering a visually cascade view or reports of OKRs outside of csv format (just text and not organized by each OKR).

Lattice has been a fantastic tool in that everything is now virtual and a one-stop shop in this platform for performance management. We use it for our Mid-year and Year-End reviews in addition to company and employee OKRs.

"The Best Piece of Software I Use"
What do you like best about Lattice?

There are two key things that make Lattice extraordinary: 1) ease of use, 2) customer service. Regarding ease of use - the tool is extremely intuitive and it took me no time at all to master. Furthermore, although everything is intuitive its also has a significant depth in regards to customization! Regarding customer service - Lattice has hands-down the best customer service I've ever encountered in a SAAS company. I can always get a chat going within minutes and those chat operators have always solved my problems (they'll often even create loom videos just for me on the solution!).

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There are a handful of customization options that haven't been implemented just yet (particularly around the reviews module) and I'd like to see a little more regarding the goals module. But these are minor complaints!

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the review module, goals, and 1:1s tools within Lattice. In this way Lattice helps greater with managing our quarterly review process, our goals (OKRs and KPIs) and our 1:1s.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has proven to be a very valuable tool for my team and company. It has become an integral part of our operations considering we use this tool every single day. Given that the platform is very user-friendly, we are able to execute many initiatives through here. We use it for performance reviews, peer feedback, goal setting, cheers for team members, 1:1 meetings and more. I love the fact that this is a one stop shop for all the things above. This makes it much easier to navigate many areas of HR in one place. The platform has consistently remained as a company-wide tool that we utilize on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Lattice is honestly very valuable to my team and my company. At the same time, one frequent piece of feedback we get from our team members is the inability to create a group meeting agenda on Lattice can be quite frustrating. You can set up meeting agendas for 1:1s that sync perfectly fine with google calendar standing meetings. However you can't do this for a team setting. The 1:1 meeting agendar and tool in Lattice is so awesome, so it's quite a bummer this can't be done for a small team. Additionally, new features seem to roll out slowly. Lastly, in having limited customization options, it could be restrictive for those who want to exercise more creativity in organizing information and workflows.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice has been providing a comprehensive solution for aligning our company goals, setting up recurring 1:1 meetings, and conducting mid-year and end-of-year reviews ---- all in one place! Additionally, it helps to facilitate constructive feedback through peer reviews, which in turn aids in the growth and development of team members. Lastly, I like that it is enhancing clearer objectives and communication for teams and their direct reports/managers. Overall, Lattice enhances the HR processes for us.

What do you like best about Lattice?

As an administrator and user of Lattice, there are many great things about the system, the funtionality and ease of use. However, the Lattice team is truly their most valuably asset. I've used the platform for a few years and anytime I have connected with a customer success team member with an issue or question, my expectations are always exceeded. This includes every interaction from the account manager, chat, office hours. Every person I've encountered with is highly knowledgable about the product, but also enthusiastic to help customers find needed solutions.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There are no dislikes about Lattice. Surely, I could potentially recommend enhanced, but there are no dislikes.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business is fully remote and we previously been using Google sheets for the performance reviews and tracking OKR progress. Lattice allows us to track company, department and individual OKRs. Further, it's a tremendous value that we are able to cascade the OKRs and update progress accordingly. Further, the performance review were manual. With Lattice, we are able to leverage additional features like peer reviews that allow for a deeper level of employee review.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has provided a source of truth for tracking what I'm working on and my progress towards those goals, as well as what my direct reports are working on and how they are growing. The template questions for managers are thoughtful and provide a foundation for how our weekly 1:1s should go. From onboarding with our specialist (hi Max!) to implementation, the process was seamless and well-informed. Overall, Lattice has been a huge game changer for our company and our goals towards increased/effective communication.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

I really only have two main hiccups with Lattice: 1) the lack of Asana integration for tasks, which creates room for human error and 2) the lack of ability to track small group/group calls.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice is helping solve our company's internal communication silos and is providing a structured cadence for performance management and reviews. I'd like to dig more into the OKR's and growth settings.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice is our go-to tool for all things performance management! We use it to send out pulse surveys and our annual engagement surveys, we use the "shout outs" feature regularly which is integrated with Slack to share company-wide and we love the 1:1 platform to track and coordiante weekly manager:report meetings. It's a phenomenal way to get a full picture of how employees, departments and the company as a whole are doing! The reporting tool is also a huge plus and incredibly user-friendly! We use Lattice for so much and we have plans to utilize the Grow portion in the near future, too!

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Honestly, I can't think ofo anything bad that I could say about it at this time.
