In a growing company, this is imperative and will only increase in use. When I was primary admin all went well, we shifted with growth and I moved training, all seems fine. Once familiar with the system, it works like a dream! It is relevant, to the point, and well designed.

It also seems difficult to quickly upload a group of users or change where a user reports as the company expands its use and people change jobs. Also, I'm having some issues getting summary reports, but I have just begun using that feature
