I like having access to all the information in one place.
I wish that more than one email could access account information.
I'm able to locate all our customers information in one place, set reminders and send automatic emails all in one place.
Lasso has less bells and whistles than other CRMs, but it's exactly what we need as a builder, since it's tailored for builders, to create effective prospect follow up campaigns.
Email marketing could be more robust. They're adding new features to make it better, though.
Having a CRM allows our prospects to be automatically managed, tracked, and followed up with. No more manual tracking and spreadsheets.
It does things I didn’t even know I wanted in a CRM.
Along with that, the customer support from the company has been as good or better since signing up than when we were shopping!

Call and just talk to them about t. Set up a demo and try to find another CRM that will do what Lasso does. Also, call other companies that use it ask for their review of Lasso CRM. This is how we ended up with Lasso CRM, and can not imagine what it be like without!
It is a very proactive to staying in contact in a way that is so efficient, I just can not describe it in the little space given here. The follow up we would spend hours doing in SalesForce we are now able to do in minutes, and doing better! Time is money!
It integrates well with my email. I can operate almost exclusively in my email and know that my communications are being tracked in the system with our prospects should I ever need to go back and reference them. So easy! And it tells you a lot of background info on your prospect that no other CRM has been able to provide for me.
It's a little bit difficult to get used to in the beginning. However, once you get your system in place for follow up, it saves you so much time and energy.
Prospects were falling through the cracks due to lack of follow up. Lasso helps you automate a lot and set up an easy set of reminders so that prospects don't get forgotten.
Lasso is great system to help keep your client database organized. I find it vital to my everyday work. I also love the ease of sending blast emails to specific lists I create within my database.
I would love is Lassocrm had an app. I can access it on via web on my phone but an app would make it a lot simpler.
I am able to see new leads that have come in, make sure my team is staying on top of contact, ping my team with activities as far as follow up with new clients. It makes organizing your database so much easier!!!
It is designed specifically for new home builders
They are lacking in some capabilities when it comes to doing things for all projects at once. For example: reporting and making mass changes to each community.
Following up with leads is very organized once the follow up process is put into place.
I like using Lasso for the segmentation and detail it allows on a customer and community/project level. It allows us to streamline our online leads and marketing efforts into processes easily. Keeps track of customer history. I like how responsive the team is!
Not super user friendly - takes getting used to. Email marketing not advanced. Lacks automation in customer journey. Lasso does a great job being responsive to our concerns, but doesn't always have the ability to customize the platform to our needs.
Lasso does a great job listening to your business requirements. It has worked well for our team to have a few Lasso "experts" that are able to help the rest of our team when issues arise. If they have trouble with the platform, they can contact Lasso directly. I like the ability dig into customers data, however a CRM is only as good as the data that is inputted. I dislike how outdated the platform seems, but I do think they are making strides in the right direction. I recommend Lasso for the homebuilder industry and recommend taking a demo with the team!
We are currently working with Lasso on some automation abilities. We switched to Lasso's email system because it allowed us to segment our emails better even though the platform is not very advanced.
I like the amount of options and how in depth you can go to get information as well as push info out consumers.
It’s not as functional as I’d like it to be. There are many options but sometimes I feel like I need to go over and beyond to get what I need.
Keeping our agents organized with nearly automatic responses for them to consumers. I like how specific we can get when making reports.
