Having been a dedicated user of Lark during my tenure at a previous company, where I had full access to its extensive features, my experience has set a benchmark for collaboration tools. Transitioning to my current workplace, where the tool's capabilities are limited, has been somewhat disappointing. Lark's comprehensive features for messaging, video conferencing, and document collaboration were instrumental in streamlining our workflows. It not only enhances productivity but also contributes significantly to a more streamlined and effective collaborative environment.

Given the advantages I've witnessed, I'd gently suggest considering an expansion of feature access, especially for enterprises like ours. This move could undoubtedly contribute to a more seamless and productive collaborative experience.

Lark solves the challenges of fragmented communication and collaboration. By integrating messaging, video conferencing, and document editing in one platform, it streamlines our workflow. Real-time collaboration, efficient file-sharing, and mobile accessibility have significantly improved our team's productivity, providing a seamless and effective work experience.

Working with Lark this month has completely transformed the way my team communicates and works on projects. Features of team collaboration are highly recommended. I like big apps that I can integrate with, like GitHub and Jira. One of the biggest benefits of Lark's project management system is the ability to customize automatic reports. Note that there are regular updates that bring new SaaS platforms to the application.

Lark has integrations with many social networking platforms. Using Lark has greatly reduced our time and provides detailed information about all software including text and search, video recording and translation, and supports translation in various formats used. I use Lark to create workflows in my work organization.

Nothing, but the only thought that comes to mind is that customer service may occasionally take a while to respond.

Thanks to Lark, I study well, improve and enjoy writing. My Documents is easy with its basic structure for data collection and distribution. I use Lark to organize all my work at school and work, making it easy to organize information in one place. Lark has successfully met our organization's need for collaboration as a tool for employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and team messaging. Efficient sorting of documents, worksheets, and presentations allows multiple users to work together simultaneously, while reducing the need for attachment-heavy email.

It is very nice product and very easy to use. you need not to use Skype, gmail, slack etc and can just use Lark

Sometime lagging and also have issues if the contact email and Business email is same

Easy to colloborate

It's got everything I need for me as a new solopreneur - an online appointment management software, a full-featured tasks software (that gives the likes of JIRA, Asana a good run for their money) and all the basic productivity apps I need. More people need to get on Lark!

Too feature rich! I think maybe a setup wizard to configure a personalised "starter" version might help to narrow down the features for a new user so it's less overwhelming.

Personal productivity, time management, time tracking, keeping everything in one place!

It is easy to use to almost no learning curve, able to choose & pin colleagues whom you liase with most of the time. It also provides several features from sharing documents, messages within the company.

Nothing at this moment to dislike the software
