Saves quite the time and facilitate our work.
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
It's pretty simple to understand, and once you get the hang of it, it will will save you quite some time.
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
It seems like lang creates it's own tags whenever it's tagging a project and that creates some confussion (i.e "land_automated_34j324kj23k4j23k4j234" .
What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large amount of incoming tickets daily and Lang.ia helps us prioritize and tag those accordingly, saving us a lot of time. Also, it helps us automate several tickets, hence, helping out our associates do better their job.

What do you like best about Lang.ai?
Lang AI's userThe user interface of Lang AI is not just remarkably simple to grasp, but also intuitive in its design. Our team experienced a seamless onboarding process and quickly mastered the tagging structure. Furthermore, the reporting is streamlined and delivers valuable insights without necessitating a deep dive into the data.

The platform could be enhanced to offer more intuitive keyword suggestions.
What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, our focus is to comprehend the influx of "urgent" or "high priority" support tickets. Previously, we were manually identifying and addressing these. However, Lang has significantly streamlined this process. It not only pinpoints these tickets using easily identifiable keywords but also quantifies the volume we experience post our peak sales periods.

The ease of use. Lang.ai is just one of those platforms that feels intuitive once you dive in.
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
It's become a crutial part of our day to day ticket management to rely on Lang for routing and automations - we'd be lost without it!
Recommendations to others considering Lang.ai?
The next best thing? How easy it is to make adjustments. Some platforms come with a level of complexity that simply takes too long to understand. With Lang, what could be a hours of work becomes a small adjustment.

I really have no complaints! The team has been so helpful over the last year and is always very welcoming of any and all suggestions we might come up with to make the platform more useful for us. I'm very excited to continue expand our use of Lang.ai.

This software gave my team HOURS back in their week
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
Lang.ai has been instrumental in helping us stay on top of our incoming support tickets through the use of their ticket routing and automation features. Can't imagine life without this service!
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
This isn't a dislike but more of an education opportunity - automations are built on triggers within your CRM (for us Zendesk), so it does require some technical knowledge out of the box to understand how your existing triggers will impact or interfere. Their implementation team was a HUGE help in making sure this step was crystal clear and offering troubleshooting support.
What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lang.ai offers an easy-to-use platform that allows customer support teams to strategically route and respond to inquiries using AI. This allows us to eliminate the guesswork when proactively addressing our users' needs.

What do you like best about Lang.ai?
Lang.ai is the best tool I have found for both Customer Support *and* Product. I recommend them to everyone I know, and as I always tell them: it's useless to use Zendesk without Lang.

Easier and more reliable support service
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
It is very easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Sometimes it will show latency, maybe it's because of the connection.

Automated system that help agents to work faster.
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
It helps work to be efficient which gives opportunity to assist more customers. It also give efficient results in clients end since ti saves time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
Nothing. I have not noticed anything yet. But I'll be sure to leave some comments if I noticed one.
What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lang ai is upgrading its artificial intelligence for better work experience and I think they are also looking into improving their system to achieve faster work assignment.

A Very Convenient Product in Increasing Efficiency
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
Lang.ai helped the business in filtering and assigning tickets to the representatives which helped in increasing the efficiency of the employees.
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
For me, I don't think there is something that I dislike about Lang.ai. The program actually helps us a lot when it comes to being more productive.

Super Convenient in Assigning Tickets
What do you like best about Lang.ai?
Before, we manually assign tickets to representatives to divide the work but with Lang.ai, assigning tickets is easier.
What do you dislike about Lang.ai?
I don't think there are downsides with Lang.ai as it did not pose any difficulties in navigating, so far.
What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was able to help us with where the tickets should be routed and assigned without us reading all of the tickets coming in which definitely increased our efficiency.
