What do you like best about Landvoice?

Love the ability to use the system without having to do the research.

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

Don't like the not enough time for me to call all the leads.

A better alternative to RedX and Mojo Finally an all inclusive service priced right with accurate information!

What do you like best about Landvoice?

Love that the numbers are almost always the right number. Also, love that the status is updated so I do not have to cross reference the MLS. Their customer service is fantastic and they go way above and beyond other competing services with the products they offer and the support.

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

So far so good. Just need an update so the notes don't erase when you click to fix errors.

What problems is Landvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

getting leads, setting appointments and getting deals with the platform.

Wrong information

What do you like best about Landvoice?

A real person answered the sales/support line within a few minutes when I called to cancel my subscription.

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

The information for half of the properties in my own neighborhood was outdated and/or just wrong. I feel I can't trust the information it provides to be accurate.

What problems is Landvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had hoped it would provide me accurate contact information. The expireds and FSBO info was extra, but I wouldn't trust it now.

Nothing at all I don't like the system what so ever

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

Landvoice is always extremely late on their data or completely wrong.

Recommendations to others considering Landvoice?

1. Expireds in some days are uploaded an other days there are no expireds at all so my team missed out on calling. When I call to have the issue fixed I was told there are no expireds for that day... I also have Vulcan 7 and they had new expireds uploaded that day. It is extremely inconvenient and had not been fixed.

2. There data can be completely wrong. I was calling expireds and the people I was calling were all confused and had not had there home in the market in years. So I look very unprofessional and this is a continuing issue. I would not recommend landvoice to any realtors at all! I use Vulcan 7 now and plan on ditching the landvoice account

Landvoice will upload DNC numbers to your autodialer, and thats your problem, not theirs

What do you like best about Landvoice?

they claim to get the most numbers, Sales was a nice guy.

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

Landvoice provides phone numbers for lead gen. When you have Landvoice auto upload to your autodialer, it sends all the DoNotCall call numbers too. Landvoice claims this is not their issue and it is the autodialers issue(MOJO). Landvoice said to manual download, delete DNC and upload to autodialer. My arguement was why do that when other vendors do it with just a click of a box to NOT upload DNC numbers. they denied my refund, I emailed the CEO yesterday and no response.

Customer service and cxl period is a scam

What do you like best about Landvoice?

Nothing, service is subpar and Eric Allen screws over agents when they go to cxl their accounts

What do you dislike about Landvoice?

The customer service or lack of. They are like robots and are just out to wrap you into a contract.

search out alternative companies

Solving nothing, we stopped using the service and tried to cxl and they screwed us out of 1k after they initiated the termination.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! this is the worst ever you gave your money for, at the time of signup they gave me lots of wrong information that this service is included with the Dialer but that is a big lie straight forward to your face. then they suppose to charge money on the 4th but they did that 2 days earlier than I told them to. just a big theft. at the time of signing up gave me a card to call them back for training The name of the person was Jonathon Metoyer I tried to call several times the next day the phone rang once and then went to the voice mail each time. whatever number they provide most of them are either not existing or DNC. at the time of the signup, they told me there is a way to get 5-6 numbers including 2 mobile numbers without any DNC that is not the case. you will get only one if you are lucky will get 2 numbers that you are already getting from the free service. the customer service is a lie there is no customer service. then I did call them back with my complaint one lady routed me back and forth through the lines and then told me that I am going to get my money back. The next day I got my email and said my subscription can not be canceled and I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. in the name of god please give me my money back. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO BBB. MOST OF THE 5-STAR REVIEWS HERE ON GOOGLE ARE PAID BE CAREFUL.
