Landport made the process easy for us as we have a portfolio of multi-family homes spread across multiple locations. We used text or email to enter a work order and communicate with the field technician. You had to return to the office to complete the work order, where it will be updated, reviewed, closed and filed.

I've had very few negative experiences with the platform. I did find it somewhat difficult to learn, and that the platform wasn't the most intuitive right off the bat. But after using it for a while, I've gotten the hang of it and had very few problems.

No dislike as such is there. the main issue is sometimes it takes time to load just that nothing wrong with this as well but can be improved if possible

The UI seems to be very good, it is user friendly and can be used in 2 go's. This ain't very complicated to use also, even a common man can swiftly work with this product

Dislikes? I really don't have any dislikes with this software because, it has almost all of the best features for the users to glide or work on the platform, so I don't have any dislikes.

Land port is actual solving many major issues in the industries, this software is generating many more money to the companies who are buying it and I am also being benefiting with this software

From my experience, the best from Landport is its efficiently. Also, I would say that it is quite simple to use, at least for the basic tasks. That makes the platform suitable for all users

In general, the behavior is very good. From time to time, we suffer some hangs, but nothing that doesnt happen in any other commercial software. It only happens when using laptop out of the office.

Basically, it Is helping us on organizing all our online work orders. It is a good relief to have a platform like this that you know is going to organize all quick and fast
