Best ATS for large Northern Ireland based businesses

What do you like best about LANDED Hiring Software?

Landed uses automation well for job posting and the selection process. It integrates well with job boards for advertising purposes and has a good reporting dashboard.

What do you dislike about LANDED Hiring Software?

Candidate tagging is a little clunky for talent pipelining purposes

Much better than our old system, but a few annoying features

The reporting function is useful, being able to track where applicants are coming from.

What do you dislike about LANDED Hiring Software?

That candidates can't navigate back. Not being able to view CVs in Landed and go from one candidate to the next easily.
