Nothing. I've been using the tool for more than two years. In the beginning, they lacked some points, such as OOO notification follow-up, leads labeling, and central messaging ... but over time, their tech/product team has improved the product, and they are constantly seeking innovations.

On pourrait dire que c'est pas le moins cher mais à part ça il n'y a pas grand chose à redir.
Ils sont à l'écoute des utilisateur, il y a quand meme peu de bug (je trouve) pour un produit qui a moins de 3-4 ans.

Leur onboarding est également d’une véritable aide, car ils partagent constamment leur expertise pour améliorer notre stratégie d'appels sortants. Nous avons toujours un fil de discussion ouvert pour aborder les sujets liés à la croissance, de sorte que l'onboarding ne s'arrête jamais vraiment :)
La remontée de données entre toutes les sources a pu être un sujet de fiabilité et ayant beaucoup de comptes et de campagnes différentes, nous avions du mal à interpréter clairement les résultats.
