Ease of use, guiding you every step of the way is what I loved about using Kure.

Kure was so user friendly, and did most of the work I only had to collect the data. I'd probably like it even more if it did that work for me as well.

Lost time, lost inventory, and lost money are the direct and indirect losses I'm solving. To breakdown any activity, and show its deficiencies to the team involved will give everyone a self realization of what needs to happen to Optimize their business.

There is nothing at all to dislike about Kure.

The goal was to improve patient experience from phone call to consultation appointment. With Kure, we were able to determine opportunities to make a smoother and better transition for patients from their first contact with the office to their scheduled consultation appointment.

As part of our process for managing large commercial projects, we create a large amount of technical documents, which we share with numerous team members. We are using Kure to streamline our processes, leading to significant improvements in time and errors.

Kure walks you through every step of a project with helpful tips for each question and you never get lost or confused. Great on your 1st project or your 100th.

Nothing to dislike when creating the project. An option I would like to see is having the ability to select more items to be printed in the final PDF report.

This program makes it easy for users of all experience levels to create and share projects. More projects are being documented and shared with the team. Investments are easier to achieve now.

Kure is very simple to use, and it allows for a centralized way to map and track simple processes. The tool is easy to navigate as well and can help beginners with understanding the tools used in process improvement.

Right now, it is still limited to more straightforward process improvement projects. Anything close to a greenbelt level project would need to have many details tracked outside of Kure.

I have solved an issue with part of a system in our production area.

Kure was easy to use and led the user through each step of the problem-solving process. This platform can help new problem solvers learn critical thinking for problem resolution faster and feel more confident.

For some of the tools in the app, Kure was too rigid. For example, the process mapping tool was not as flexible as I hoped. As a second example, my problem was not visual (IT process), but a picture was still needed for the app.

We used Kure to solve basic, simple problems. The problems were both operational and transactional. The biggest benefit to my organization was helping new problem solvers quickly gain knowledge and skills with guidance through the app.
