What do you like best about kununu engage?

The analytics information about culture is very helpful in order to attract talent. It shows the typical cultural aspects. Insurance, bonus comp, trips, travel, etc. but also, educational options, lunch provided, and other a-typical opportunities.

What do you dislike about kununu engage?

Hard to get a full picture of a company without a lot of leadership at the top to engage the teams

What do you like best about kununu engage?

In our team we intensively used kununu Mood for about 3 month and overall experience was very positive. It’s very easy and intuitive, me and my colleagues actually had fun using it. Very nice customer support - they are always there to help with any issues.

What do you dislike about kununu engage?

There is not so much to dislike, I think kununu Mood is a very good tool and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Recommendations to others considering the product kununu Mood will really help you if you want to increase employee engagement and be updated about everything that happens in your team.

What problems is kununu engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to give an opportunity to our employees to voice their feedback to identify all the problems they are facing. It helps us to better understand what management is doing right or wrong, and to make workflow more efficient.

What do you like best about kununu engage?

kununu Mood is a great tool to get employee feedback. It’s very simple and you don’t need much time to onboard.

What do you dislike about kununu engage?

To see the real value of a tool at least 5 employees have to submit feedback, otherwise anonymity is not really there. The biggest obstacle is to encourage everyone regularly submit the feedback but I don’t think it’s a problem of a tool, it is totally the responsibility of a team leader.

What problems is kununu engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used kununu Mood to ensure that i keep high level of employee engagement. Employees sometimes are not really keen in supplying honest feedback, thats why anonymity is required. We want to know what is actually happening in the team and solve misunderstandings before they become problems. With the help of this tool we are flexible enough and can adjust quickly.
