I wish it linked with our performance management system (Workday). I also wish my colleagues outside the U.S. had access to it. I'm not sure why they don't.

I use Kudo Monthly. Where I cannot give physical rewards or apprecaition to colleagues, Kudo has helped me provide this recognition to oustanding colleagues and Teams easily. Also when I receive Kudos from other employees it makes me feel good with determination to do more.
The user interface is a bit technical and less user friendly. It should be simplified more so i dont need to ask how to use it as a first time user
Theres the problem of non recognition of efforts and support received from team memebers and friends, Kudos help me recognise and acknowledge persons that have helped me in fulfilling my responsibilites, identifying categories of their support and encouraging them to do more for me.
Kudos provides a fun & inituitive platform for me to provide positive feedack, appreciation, welcome or farewell messages to team members or just to simply say Happy Birthday. It's always nice to know that our efforts are appreciated and in today's busy world, we can sometimes forget to do this. Kudos makes it easy.
I would like an integrated shortcut in my email app or my virtual Workspace ackground so I can more easily access Kudos and use it more often
Kudos provides a fun & engaging way to recognise staff members who may or may not be in my direct team or reporting line. So this helps to build morale across the organisation.

Sometimes or most of the time we forgot to appreciate each other while working. Thanks to KUDOS, we remember our colleagues and our achievements together and celebrate them!
Also, of course it is good to be able to redeem KUDOS points to reflect it in real life such as for a dinner as a prize.
1- There is no grouping of KUDOS points given/taken. not easy to filter.
2- When you comment on one 'old' KUDOS, other people see it on top, the time you commented.
Not a problem but the benefit is to provide feedbacks/ recognitions in a timely manner to your colleauges.
