Kudoboard is fun and interactive to use. I love that you can include photos and memes to celebrate all occasions.

Team connection

What I like best about Kudoboard is how easy it is for anyone to leave a personal message (even with pics!)

As a Kudoboard "creator", I like how easy it is to create an easily editable personalized board. I also like how easy it is to share the board with anyone and then "officially" share it with the recipient.

I also like that there is a "board history" so that I can refer to old boards, if needed.

2 things:

1. Not easy to edit user provided photos as the background

2. Could use more "retirement" background options

Kudoboard is providing a platform in which people can remotely collaborate on to recognize "events" in people's lives. It provides a "human element" opportunity in a remote environment that sometimes can feel more mechanical on a day-to-day basis.

It benefits the team in that people are still recgonized and celebrated for the goodness they provide in a workplace. This makes people feel good and more connected to their co-workers and in-turn provides a more "pleasant" working environment.

This platform is a great way to have a collaborative place to recognize colleagues

Would like to have different formats to review peoples comments. i.e. in a list or excel read out

I am able to celebrate all of my employees easily! The website is simple and I love all of the background options!

The free version only allows 10 posts which can be challenging

I have used Kudo for 7 events so far and there are dislikes so far about Kudo

Kudo helps me to collect contribution and serves as e-card during colleagues bday, events, Successes, farewll etc..

I love that it can be used as a shared placed for colleagues to write various forms of notes to one another. My team uses it for everyones birthdays, for promotions, or when people are moving away- I typically use it a few times a month! It is easy to share with people to write on a board and easy to share with recipients. I like that there are different options for boards and the backgrounds as well.

I would appreciate an option to schedule the delivery for a specific time. On my end I can only schedule it on the hour, but sometimes it does not align with when I need it sent. Not the end of the world, but would be helpful to not have to think about sending it during a busy day. :)

My team is spread across multiple buildings, so creating a phyisical card is just not feasible at times. This is a great solution to this. It is fast and easy to deliver to the recipient as well.
